If Morton hadn't made an arse of it he would be been at a league 1 club. Two clubs tried to get McGowan in on loan but Morton took too long in getting in a replacement. In that time both clubs signed other goalies.

There are literally one hundred teams between The Famous and Troon - none of which chose Donnarumma. He was papped out and replaced.

It's almost as if shan, development squad football isn't a credible benchmark for Championship matches.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

The Peterhead goalkeeper that juggled the ball into the net for La Decima was similarly hopeless for our winner. The Famous were the better team and defended solidly, but let's be in no doubt here. It was utter garbage, Morton lacked ideas, Quitongo was piss poor on the left. Brechin almost dragged us down to their League Two level.

Grateful for the required three points but improved performances are needed. Both to win against Dumbarton next week and to challenge for the play-offs.

Wrong Graeme Smith.

Can't comment on the performance but if we have any expectations of a good league campaign today's result is awful. 3 points but that just hides what is a truly dreadful result. Unfortunately with a 2 year contract in his pocket I fear Duffy has passed his sell date but from a financial point of view, I fear,  we are stuck with him.

I'm pretty certain that someone can come up with the stats but I would guess that including the horrendous last quarter of last season to date we have won only 3/4 games out of 19/20. Absolutely awful.

Duffy for Scotland! Any way to get rid of the man!

A win away from home is a truly dreadful result? Tough crowd!

Last season after the first quarter we had 12 points and this year we have 14.

Last season there was a shame game and choruses of TTG Jim during the first quarter. 12 points and some big cup performances and progression.

We are only 2 points better off this first quarter with abysmal cup performances.
