so72
Get it round Ayr. Aye big Fjortoft was alright but our 2 centre-halves at the moment are better and don't tweet shite when sat on the bench. Shame for McAdams that he's on the bench, I can only assume he was told he would be first choice before he got injured. Salkeld tried hard and im glad hes earning his living elsewhere. Hopefully Ayr and QotS continue to be pish, although a few good signings and maybe we wont have to worry about that.
Popular Post port-ton
I was a big fan of Fjortoft but I'm not convinced we'd have signed Lithgow if he'd extended his contract and Lithgow is a level above him. 5 Good people will do good things, bad people will do bad things, but only with religion do good people do bad things! AyrshireTon
Tidser scored for Kelty against the Midden's B team in the diddy Cup. They lost 3-0 on penalties. Michael Doyle scored Queen's Park winning penalty in their shoot-out against Bonnyrigg. McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up. Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control... That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie. Popular Post helensburghton
Just watched the St Johnstone game,Derek Mcinnes had four layers on, .........a blazer, body warmer, jumper and a shirt! is there a micro climate in Perth? On the game, I couldn't believe it when fans were leaving early, what an achievement in the first place to be playing the likes of Galatasaray. For an extra five minutes, stay and applaud your team ffs. They won two major cups last year, it's not as if you were pumped by Albion Rovers!!

The season ticket holders and such probably did stay but that was a full house and as such full of hingers on who aren't interested if they're not winning. Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

I'm sure that your gold star is in the post. 3 The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Ton in Shawlands
I once left a game at the old Douglas Park in the 80's before half time because we were 3 down, it looked likely to get worse, and the pub opposite the train station started to look really inviting. When you've paid your gate money it's gone, if you're not enjoying part of your day out there's nothing wrong with going with a plan B.
AyrshireTon
Left early at a home game v Dundee in 1988. There were still 10-15 minutes left but we were 7-1 down and I'd seen enough. Was very shocked that there was no more scoring given the way our defence had been chucking them in. McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up. Ton in Shawlands
Did exactly the same thing, first goal we'd scored in weeks. Was that not one of the first games for the bunch of Scandinavians they brought in? I also left that one after Dundee's 5th & went to the horseman.
