Both Alloa and relegation are of no concern to us. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. Once we are safe then I will start rooting for teams like Alloa who are direct rivals more than Dundee United. Would put us 8 points clear of them, better goal difference and a game in hand with Thistle only having 6 games left. Cant see Alloa catching us either if we are on 37 points come Sat night! Huge game next week. I was about to say the same thing. Falkirk, QotS, and Alloa all have tough matches next week as well. We could potentially be sitting in a position where it would be very difficult for two of those teams to catch us. On the other hand... As you say, huge game next week. Alloa and Queen of the South will be lucky to make 34 points at all on current form, never mind the other two sides beneath us who won't get much more than that. With a favourable run in even TTGJ is on course to s***fest his way to around 45 points. So yes we can actually start picking the division we want for next season.
