I would love to have McGowan back at Cappielow. Best case scenario would be - he avoids a sentence, Dundee boot him anyway, we get him.

We don't do criminals at Cappielow.

If the Market is normally right, then how the hell did Stuart Findlay get a move to Newcastle?

Because he was a top prospect in his position from Scotland that Newcastle could add to their collection of 17,000 centre-backs for a pittance - they weren't signing him to walk straight into their first team. And now he's established himself as an excellent young centre back in the Scottish top flight.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Derek "The Dealer" was found not guilty. Amazingly.

Maybe not of that but was he not accused of threatening to slash police or something a year or 2 ago?

Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

Aye. I think his father was beaten up by known gangsters and he went seeking retribution. He'll end up behind bars eventually. I met him at a boxing event at a hotel in Glasgow a year or so ago and he was surrounded by very dodgy people.

His brother Alan Reid works behind the bar in the gleddoch now. Useless fact for use all there!

That would be a great job, lots of Americans stay there and some of them will probably tip American amounts.
