AyrshireTon
Gaston Murdoch O’Ware Lamie Doyle Oliver Quitongo Thomson McHugh Harkins Russell Subs - Forbes, Tiffoney, Langan, Armour, Barr, Doohan McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up. Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control... That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie. GiGi
Forbes bench it can happen. Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'

TRVMP
Gaston howler according to radio. Deja vu. My brother said the defence was just as much to blame, so who knows. Apparently looking more like a 4-3-3 now. Additionally: sack the board.
Ashman
Looking at the bench just shows how thin our squad is. Nobody on the bench will come on and change the game. How Duffy can’t see that or done anything about it is bizarre. I thought he was ‘assessing’ the squad after the Brechin game? FTOF
vikingTON
It's a 4-2-4 for the most part, as denoted by the static line of forwards. Harkins doesn't have the mobility for central midfield, never mind in a team as suicidally open as this one. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

It's "emergency" loans, free agents, or guys from summer leagues (like Scandinavia or parts of Africa) at this point, and it's fair to say we're not going to start scouting Ethiopia. Basically if you don't get your business done in summer you're very unlikely to make massive improvements after that.

Forbes could change a game and is a less worse option in the middle of the park than Harkins (who could be pushed further up the park and be effective; not as a quarterback). The formation needs to change more than the personnel though. LargsTON
What the fuck has Duffy been doing during the international break other than a bit of punditry? It's a disgrace the squad has such glaring deficiencies at this stage of the season. "CORNBEEF IS A BELLEND"

TRVMP
The thing is, on paper, Oliver is the kind of player who should go well with the kind of player of McHugh, but has it happened more than once this season?
