He has a lot of praise for Duffy and suggests that McKinnon offered him a deal but it fell through. Think you misread that bkt. It was a manager in Ireland that the deal fell through with. Good to see he is back doing well, doubt many wish him anything but good luck.
TRVMP
If anyone remembers Reece Hands, he's now playing for Cincinnati Dutch Lions in USL-2 (broadly speaking, tier 4 in the US, although the regional divisions vary widely by standard.) He also coaches up there so I guess he's making a full-time living from the game.

I'm all for second chances if people have regrets, know what they've done, have learned, etc but he seems a bit brash about the whole thing.

The last sentence is particularly sickening... ‘It doesn’t worry me, I’ve coped with worse.’ Edited April 21, 2019 by Alan_Partridge_Ton

vikingTON
Former Morton player had a shocker as his new club sank to a 2-0 pumping that almost seals their relegation. What a shame. Are we meant to play Guess Who with this post? 1 The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

TRVMP
O’Dea? Did he come on trial or something? I have no idea why I thought we had him on loan when he was much younger. I'm probably thinking of someone else.

I'm sure he almost came on loan or something like that. He was definitely strongly linked - I think when McInally was manager.
dunning1874
Yeah, the O’Dea deal was agreed but then it fell through due to something ridiculous. McInally having a tantrum that he would miss games for Ireland u-21 call ups maybe?
