Just the 9 first team players out injured today. Our GM’s comment is starting to look more and more stupid every week.

Which takes some doing given his opening gambits.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Assume we can extend Budinauckas's loan by another 7 days? Haven't noticed anything being confirmed anywhere.

Aye, emergency goalkeeper loans outwith the window can only be granted for 7 days at a time and we have to keep applying for each subsequent 7 day period.

Imagine it will be a formality and they probably won't even bother to announce it.

Gutted to hear Corr has torn his meniscus and is now needing more surgery, going to be about 3 months before we see him playing.

Good news that Mullen is back for tonight’s game with Budinaukas away back to Rangers. Well done to the young keeper on the short time we had him.

Minerals though.
What a joke.

So we won't see Corr back until at the earliest mid February.  Is he just on a one year contract?

That's good.  Would be a shame if he barely got to kick a ball for us before he was out of contract.  Very unlucky to get 2 serious injuries one after the other.  At least they're not connected so it's not a case of a chronic injury that he's going to get over and over again.

Would certainly expect some movement out in January but with Dougie you never know. Wouldn't be against seeing Crawford and McGinn released and depending on if we can upgrade one of Reynolds or Davies going out on loan although the former looked dangerous when he came on yesterday.

Nathan Shaw is another one who could be added to that list although you could argue that he needs time to get match fit but from his performances so far I haven't been impressed.

Sadly there seems little chance soon of sand-dancers with 'ex Old Firm' propping up their CVs heading for the exit.

Couple of Airdrie fans on PnB saying that Charlie Telfer is coming to us on loan.

I heard we tried to get him in the summer, I wonder who he’ll replace?

Another under-achieving sand dancer or back up in central midfield or another target option in the front-line? I hope we are looking elsewhere to fill the gaps.

Telfer will come to start games which asks the question who will he be replacing.
