TRVMP
So, they have a case to answer, in the eyes of the league. That's provisionally great news for us. It's not a win, yet, but that's the first hurdle cleared in what is quite a tough case to prove. Let's absolutely rinse these fuckers and hasten their liquidation. port-ton
I won't be happy with anything less than prison sentences. Good people will do good things, bad people will do bad things, but only with religion do good people do bad things!
Scott
I would fucking love it if they went down and were due us the six figure compo. They’re already on thin ice financially.
LargsTON
If it turns out they've no case to answer we're due an explanation. Either way I hope McKinnon breaks his silence once this is resolved. "CORNBEEF IS A BELLEND"
BishopBrennan
Eric Gilham Q.C. to represent Morton IMO. Obviously he can't work 20th-25th December as he has toys to build and deliver. BishopBrennan
I'm confident that it won't make it as far as a tribunal. Falkirk will want things done and dusted in order to have as much free cash as possible before January. If, and this is a massive if, there are circumstances around McKinnon's exit that Morton would rather keep private, they will also be keen to settle away from a tribunal. If Morton have their house in order in regards to McKinnon's accusations, and have nothing to hide, Rae might dig in his heels and push it all the way. There are interesting times ahead. If it drags on, only the lawyers win. Rae should ask for the full year of severance to start with but be willing to reduce it a bit, IMO.
dunning1874
A ruling by the end of the year to absolutely fuck their January budget would be nice, but if it rumbles on for months until they're a League One club and we can vote down the CVA that would be lovely. good guy
Not sure what punishments can be issued if Falkirk found guilty. Hopefully a points reduction is one of them, and it being just enough to see them relegated after rallying in January.
TRVMP
It's an interesting one. It wouldn't be anything nearly as severe as a points deduction and almost certainly not an embargo either. I think the best-case scenario is a modest fine.
