More confident going into a game like this than if it was a bottom feeder like Falkirk.

Praying for a shot on goal.

If we manage to get Kiltie over the line, throw him and O'Connell right in, alongside Tidser, can't be any worse than what we have seen the last few weeks!

                       Robby,

Kilday Buchanan Waddell Iredale.

                Millar      McAlister

Kiltie                Tidser         O'Connell

                       Dallas

Bench- Gaston, Tumilty, McKeown, Telfer, Dykes, Oliver, McHugh.

Edit- Kilday might be a better option than Tumilty at right back. A solid back 4 as we would be playing with 2 wingers mean we wouldn't really need Tumiltys attacking threat ( which has been pish of late anyway)

Robby,

Tumilty Buchanan Waddell Iredale.

Millar McAlister

Kiltie Tidser O'Connell

Dallas

Bench- Gaston, Kilday, McKeown, Telfer, Dykes, Oliver, McHugh.

If Kiltie doesnt come in, replace with Telfer/Oliver/Dykes.

Dykes will play.

Waddell won't.

Tidser is a lottery but more than likely a won't.

Waddell will be back in if he goes back to the back 5. Decent chance of that.

I'm finding it difficult to guess what JJ will do. I also expect him to go with Dykes, and I can't see him playing Tidser. If he gets a new player in they might come in for McHugh. Telfer will probably drop out as well.

Yeah, if he does you are probably right about Waddell.

With the signing(s), I think he won't go back to it.

It's possible that the only change to Saturday might be O'Connell in for Telfer or something like that. He might bring Tidser in for Telfer and O'Connell in for McHugh. It's really difficult to guess what JJ will do.

United have spent money today so perhaps some of my optimism has evaporated. Hopefully Saturday is too soon for most of them

I think we will line up -
McCrorrie,

Tumilty, Buchannan, Waddell, Kilday, Ireadale;

Millar, Tidser;

Dykes;

Kiltie;

Dallas.

I want us to go -

McCrorrie;

Tumilty, 2 of Kikday/Waddell/Buchannan, Ireadale;

Dykes, Millar;

Tidser;

O'Connell/Telfer, Dallas, Kiltie.

Why do you 'think'; he will drop McAlister?

He dropped him against East Fife.

As Hamcam said.

I think he will play Dykes for his energy and will play Tidser after all the outcry to do so. Since he chose Millar over McAllister vs East Fife I think he will do so again.

Tele report makes it sound like he’s phasing Tidser out. If he does he’s a ****ing clown and it’ll eventually cost him his job.

Which report? This one from January 18th makes it sound like he would certainly like to have him here for the forseeable:

The only way the treatment of Tidser can be absolved is if we win 80/90% of our remaining games. If you misuse a player like that you really ****in need to do something exceptional to justify it.
