incidentally i'm trying to get tickets for christy moore in belfast in may. i mind u were a fan. u think it will be a sectarian love in or a brilliant folk concert?

Think it will be a brilliant concert forza - saw him recently at Vicar Street and he was taking no s*** from the audience. Refused to play Back Home In Derry although he did do McIlhatton. Didn't touch anything controversial save Irish Ways And Irish Laws, which he did with Moving Hearts and Planxty in the old days - and the lyrics of that are so tame it doesn't matter anyway.

 

I think you'll have a ball partner !

I don't know much Christy Moore, but I have Lisdoonvarna which is brill, and love the live versions of Black is the Colour (lovely song) and She Moved Through The Fair.
