centralTON
The new White Lies album - Big TV. Thought this was ok after the initial listening, however, I really like this now that I've heard it about 10 times. Particularly like; Big TV, There Goes Our Love Again, First Time Caller and my favourite track Change.

centralTON
Currently listening to all 3 of The Sundays albums. If there is a more attractive female singer than Harriet Wheeler, then I'd love to see her. She is also my 2nd favourite female singer after Liz Fraser.
Guest David Edwards
The Strypes. Great to hear such precocious talent breathing new life into rhythm and blues. Listen and you'll hear echos of The Yardbirds and The Pretty Things, watch and you'll see shadows of Wilko Johnson and Keith Relf. And all of it rolling back to Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry and Howling Wolf. And they're just bloody kids!
Cet Homme Charmant
Introduced myself to the genius of Mark Mulcahy recently, I suggest you do the same. LH10WoEYIKw
Guest David Edwards
Yeah, OK, but it's a little too downbeat for a Saturday. I'll try again tomorrow.

GiGi
Killswitch Engage - Disarm the Descent Best album I've heard for a long time. Outstanding from start to finish. Peter Weatherson is the greatest player since Ritchie, and should be assigned 'chairman for life'
vespaton
I have made a song which is on Beatport, I made it so the proceeds could go to the Foyle Hospice cancer unit in Derry, I know Electro House isn't everyone's cup of tea but it is currently 64 in the chart so some people like it....have a listen http://www.beatport.com/track/you-took-too-much-original-mix/4766137
Deego
Listening to Johnny Marr a lot recently. Anyone bothered to listen to his solo stuff? Seen him live twice now (Glasgow and Manchester) and his new stuff's excellent. Seems to be gaining a bit of a following too (as in, big Johnny Marr solo fans rather than just going to gigs because he does a few Smiths songs). His version of How Soon Is Now? is unbelievable too. Haven't listened to Morrissey's version since, and will be avoiding it as best I can. Generate! Guest David Edwards
Dwight Yoakum and Flaco Jimenez - 'Carmelita', and the simply superb 'She Wore Red Dresses'. So much for the old, now the news is Jake Bugg. He could turn out to be something very special indeed, and then again maybe not. But so far, so very good I think. Deego
Been listening to a Beady Eye a fair bit recently. Still not sure what to make of them. This is a tune tho: I wonder if they'd actually be better with a different singer. I like Liam's songs though.
