The Bewilderedbeast Posted March 13 Share Posted March 13 Brilliant night in the supporters club. Tam Cowan brilliant host and great, unwoke and non politically correct, makes a great change to hear. Don't think George Oakley knew what to expect from Cowan and his face was a real picture at times. And to cap it all off, the Ardgowan Hospice are £1000 better off tonight as a result. Big George I think was in shock for most of the evening. Cowan was great. Pedrodelawasp Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 I was at a St Andrew’s hospice charity run at Strathclyde Park where Tam Cowan was MC and Frank McAvenie the starter. Cowan remarked that they had an air horn rather than a starter’s pistol as Frank was an expert in handling hooters and because they feared the school pupils from Airdrie would return fire. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
