vikingTON
Because shooting Asians is fast becoming a ticket (pun intended) to esteemed social status within an increasingly militaristic and idiotic country. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are
Joe1874
Hasn't this popped up before? The services do a great job and it takes guts to do what they do, but wouldn't a wage rise be a better way of showing appreciation instead of free entry to an East Stirling game? No disrespect to ES by any means as it's a great gesture.

Would expect a comment coming from you ya wee turd. As i said before, its **** all to do with the forces, it being offered to them and if they take up the offer then good on them. If they do i could see their attendances go up a great deal as that areaq provides quite a number of new recruits each year. Cheers E Stirling. vikingTON
I do but I dont put my life on the line day in day out. The Armed Forces are a professional force who are paid to do it. It's a career, not a vocation and the idea that they're serving the public rather than (rightly) serving their own family and bank balance is plain daft. I'd stick you in the frontline and see how you would cope through all the tears and snotters. I can't help thinking though that coming back from a war zone only to be invited to watch ES might make you request to get back on the next plane out. We are a MEAN diddy team!!! Tom_McB
All for the love of McB and Mentaljag. DE you're a rascal. "Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their consciences."The goal of Socialism is Communism- Lenin Je ne suis pas Marxiste : K Marx
