Oasis - Cast No Shadow - Live from Knebworth 1996

They were the biggest band in the world at that point, glorious! :)

"In a country lacerated by the sharp shards of broken brown-eyed promises, in a world bent low by the burden of disease, war and the price of Thunderbird, who is left to make full account of God and Britain's depleted moral mini bar? Yes, it's the surprising adventures of me, Sir Digby Chicken Caesar!"

I'd have loved to have seen Oasis around that point, the original band (minus the weird drummer).

That was ****in superb at the Barras.

The whole gig was ****ing magic. Highlights were:

Irish Blood English Heart

I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris

Something Is Squeezing My Skull

Best Friend On The Payroll

Ditto, being in P6 prevented that sadly! Would love to have seen Suede, Cast etc too.

Shameful. I remember GG giving me a weird look before it started (while Matt the drummer was fannying about etc.), I knew what was coming and just smiled at him, everyone round me was going mental!
