Or the second most famous, if you consider Pontius Pilate was from Perthshire. But he crucified Jesus, so we'll disown him. *insert signature here*

capitanus
He might very well have been, but that's not why folk celebrate it these days. It's a farce. Ahem, they have never celebrated St Patrick's day because he was a Scotsman, and I know that it's always been about marketing Guinness and this 'great craic' they all love telling everyone about however I was merely giving you a reason to join in the festivities. It must have been really shite being a Rangers supporter yesterday - knowing that your team died and you done nothing, then seeing your big team getting pumped of your Ayrshire apprentices, then seeing Ireland win this rugby thingy and every pub they enter they see everyone drinking Guinness and celebrating everything and anything about Ireland, all because of a young kidnapped Scottish boy two millennia ago. *insert signature here*
TONofmemories
I'll no be joining when I barely celebrate our own. It's just another excuse for bigotry and bile. TIME FOR CHANGE!

vikingTON
Behave. St. Patrick was probably the most famous Scotsman that ever lived. Or the second most famous, if you consider Pontius Pilate was from Perthshire. Fake news. Anyway, the only person with any connection to that island worth celebrating already had their name day on January 26. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are
