We would like to announce the Morton Club Together Blue & White Celebration Buffet.  Look out your best blue & white outfit, Morton strips are acceptable. Join your fellow MCT Members and former Morton players for an unforgettable night of fun.    When -  Saturday 9 Nov 2024 Where - Buckley’s at The Marina (The Chartroom) Inverkip Marina Tickets £10pp which includes a hot buffet   Pick your Morton Best Team Ever and listen to the stories of former players - our special guests will be announced in due course.    Tickets are available from George Wall, Stuart Duncan and Ronnie Millar .   George, Stuart and Ronnie will be at Cappielow on Saturday. Good to see that the MCT board has awoken from its slumber of the last two years and is now doing something. Hopefully this event is well supported.

Good to have something that's more informal and much cheaper than a jacket and tie, dinner with speakers type event.

I think it's vital as a fan-owned club that we have a capable and active MCT board, so the fact they've organised this event is a positive. As Dunning mentioned, it's a far more suitable event rather than trying to force everything into being a three-course meal black tie gala, I think we've reached saturation point with those. If I was nitpicking, I'd say it's not the most efficient method for selling tickets, but that's a minor point. Hopefully the event is well attended and turns out to be a success.
