I've got no idea what the percentage of Greenockians who suffer from mental illness is, but I think it's considerably less than 25%, so yes, I think you're both wrong. Then I'll ask you the same question as I've asked Davie loads of times without an answer... what physical characteristics do mentally ill people have that makes them identifiable by appearance alone?
