On the latest Open Goal podcast this week, it was referenced McCall has reached out to some ex players/coaches regarding coaching positions, and a suggestion that he's in the running for a job. Given only ourselves and Livingston don't have a permanent manager, there's a good chance this could be about us.

I’ve barely seen us in recent times but I don’t think I’ve hated a manager more than Ian Murray.

Steady. McKinnon at least won a few games before boosting.

The sooner this charlatan is out of our club the better.

Stephen Welsh & Josh McPake both get call ups to the Scotland squad.

TTG, Murray.

When is Gorman likely to be back? If out long term I’d hope we’re looking for another striker as there’s no way we can expect Brophy to run for 90 mins every week.

I’ve been reluctant to be harsh on Murray as I do think he’s been dealt a shite hand, and thought at times he didn’t deserve some of the criticism last season. However, Greenock Morton Football Club should not tolerate that comment going out to the press. TTG.

Keen to hear Tumilty say how pleased he is to be here after slagging the club on his exit last time.

Loved him in his spell here but he looked done last season.

As much as I rated Lamie when he was with us, I thought he looked very poor against us last season. Maybe injuries have caught up with him.

Both of them are guff. What a shame.

Jack Iredale gets a call up to the Australia Squad for their World Cup qualifiers. edit - looks like it’s for their training camp pre qualifiers.

Ironic that him trying to put a career ender on Quitongo in August 23 resulted in him barely kicking a ball since.

Another assist for Nicky Cadden today. He can’t be far off a Scotland call up if he keeps up this form.
