Given my innate pessimism watching Morton, I feared we were done for after going 2-3 down at the start of the second-half. How wrong I was and for this I apologise most profusely to the team and management. The difference in performance under O'Halloran and Miller compared to the excuse-laden turd aka Murray is close to miraculous. Giving the team a system and freedom to play has worked wonders. Yes we are likely to concede but what a breathe of fresh air it is to turn up and watch a blue and white wave believe in themselves as they constantly bomb forward. Borso will rightly get the headlines but everyone involved played their part. On days like today it is glorious to support Morton - the club must survive.

Outstanding first 20 minutes and then indecision at the back allowed a card happy referee to change the direction of the game. No excuse though for us completely losing our heads and conceding two goals so quickly - it could have been even worse without our keeper once again showing his quality. No idea why Cuppa has come on at right fullback. Keep Cammy there and shift Long ridge to the left. Unless we can reset at half-time the second half could be a rerun of the Alamo. It certainly would not surprise me if we struggle to keep ten men on the park.

Cappielow has a value but there is no chance they would get what is stated in the accounts. The figure often referred to reflects the cost of the stadium allowing for depreciation and obsolescence rather than a market value. Despite what some supporters argue Cappielow is not a prime site but regardless it would attract buyers including, no doubt, the Easdales. Given how hard MCT negotiated to achieve fan ownership/control of Cappielow it makes no sense to walk away now.

We are a complete shambles. So many so called supporters should hang their heads in shame. Rather than focus on the blame game would it not be more beneficial to focus our energy on ensuring the survival of our football club?

All fine and well SpoonTon but given their actions the three newly elected members should have been honest and transparent at the time they were seeking election. What transpired was sleekit and only created division.

After all this time, I don't know what to do. If only we had binned Murray earlier.

A dreadful interview where all Murray is looking to say is we should have no expectations because he only has week boys to put on the park. This man is a fraud who only stays in place due to the spineless BoD. This is not my club.

Can we get a whip round to pay the driver to leave Murray in Inverness.

C'mon boys remember that the lads are giving everything in training and no-one should doubt their commitment. The unwillingness to bench Murray is another black stain on the GMFC Board and highlights the inability of the MCT Board to exert any pressure for change.

Did Murray not say in the Tele he told the players in training this match was for the fans?

An opportunistic purchase rather than the actions of people with the best interests of the club at heart. Why else change the current ownership model? Then with a majority shareholding you invite the minority shareholders to contribute more than you every year. We may be in desperate straits but I struggle to imagine the members, who read the proposal, will be inclined to sign off. Of course there is always the prospect of fans believing there is no alternative and voting in favour.

The only thing keeping Murray in a job is the lack of funds to sack him. It just highlights the absurdity of the Board allowing him to spend money, we don't have, on a vanity signing. This is why we need MCT as the majority shareholder to stand up and ask questions - no wonder people like me have no faith in the fan ownership model. Sadly another week goes by and everything and everyone associated with the club is a laughing stock.

That is a lame response from Barr to another PR debacle. Murray should have no say in the club cutting costs by accommodating passengers in the squad including McLuckie the opportunity to move off the wage bill. Murray should be focused on getting the most out of a sizeable squad. If Murray had tossed his toys out the pram at McLuckie being shipped out so much the better. However it is dressed up other club's fans will see it as them contributing to Morton improving their squad.
