Lamie improved greatly in his time with us to the point I imagine most of us were pretty gutted he left. He wasn’t the quickest at any point, but he had the smarts to read the game really well so that he didn’t need to rely on recovery pace. Now that he’s 32 and feeling the accumulated affects of a few injuries he’s not the same player that left us. Struggling to maintain fitness, and unfortunately likely to slide further in to that stage of his career where his body just won’t keep up with his brain.

Option B is Joma’s ‘Europa VI’ template. Couldn’t find a picture of the back having a quick glance through their catalogue, but from the look of the model on the left it seems it will have a solid back the same colour as the sleeves, so in our case it would be solid dark navy. I’m not put off by any of them really, but lean towards B with A a close 2nd.
