Fair do's, my mistake but, as the EGM (and subsequently, the vote) were only happening to examine the Estrella deal, it was an easy mistake to make. If the first question had been 'In principle, do you agree to the sale of shares to secure funds'? I would have voted no, I don't think we should sell off chunks of the club to replace the loss of Dalradas funding. If someone came along offering us 750000 for 37.5% just to maintain our budget for 3 seasons, I'd vote no. Estrella appear to be offering much more than just cash, so they're offer is worth considering.

About the voting; Q1 Should we sell shares to Estrella Q2 Should we enter a 60 day exclusivity agreement, to carry out due diligence and review the offer. Surely the answer to Q1 can't be known until after reviewing the results of Q2? With that in mind, I abstained Q1 and voted yes on Q2.

One match had really big numbers, the others still have numbers higher than our attendances. The viewing figures took a huge jump from last season to this one, maybe coinciding with Estrella's involvement?

Here's what I see; for handing over 37.5% of the club, we get three annual payments of £250000, the use of software/tech and access to a network that hasn't been formed yet. What am I missing?

My initial questions - Who are they? What are their motives?How much would be raised? How would the money be spent? Partick fans group seemed to sell off shares to supplement the clubs playing budget, I'd hate for us to do similar.

We got rid of the dodgy chairman, we have a new board of directors and a new manager and assistant, we are actively looking to fill the vacant positions within the club. With all that in mind, we (MCT members) will soon have a meeting to discuss Dalradas further involvement as backers/sponsors of GMFC next season. Why in situations like this do the merchants of doom and naysayers appear from nowhere to hijack the discussion with talk of votes of no confidence and taking pot shots at guys who've stepped up and taken an active role in fan ownership. This isn't the time to bring up old grievances to try and settle old scores. This is the time to present a confident and united MCT as we go into these very important negotiations.
