  1. Bored beyond tears to be still hearing about people banging the Lithgow drum in November tbh
  2. So let me get this straight; Thomas "Tam" O'Ware's self-proclaimed step-up in his career resulted in him getting crocked in his first game and spending the season out injured, relegation from the Championship in his 2nd, a season in League One, and then dumped on the scrapheap as soon as they got back up?
  3. Eric Paartalu must be back living in Inverclyde, just seen him interviewed on BBC news about the new Celtic manager standing at the bottom of Castle Levan hill
  4. 10 years without a Champions League win for the bald fraud despite managing teams that should be nailed on for the semi-finals minimum every year by default, and signing about £1billion worth of additional players in that time. The most overrated manager in history.
  5. What an absolute disgrace Brechin are. The last 4 seasons have been shameful. Championship in 2018 to Highland league before the next World Cup has even taken place, it shouldn't be possible. Although these silly wee diddy sides coming up through the pyramids with Tuechtar Abramovich's splashing the cash is a worrying pattern.
  6. Dumbarton fans seem to like Ramsbottom.
  7. I think his hairline thinks its still 2006.
  8. Delighted with that news. Duplicitous arsehole of a man.
  9. "562 members cast their vote in this historic ballot, with 561 supporting community ownership proceeding under the terms outlined." @Nornirontonswas the single against.
  10. Already dead in the water. Ban any American, or anyone with a controlling interest in an American sport franchise, from ever owning any part of a club here ever again. They're snakes who can't be trusted. The Glazers, Kroenkes and Henry need Mussolini'd
  11. Why anyone would welcome this is beyond me. Goes against the entire ethos of football in Europe.
  12. Alex Samuel is a born again Christian.
  13. Derek Collins is a cowboy builder https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/greenock-morton-legend-infuriates-future-23578683?fbclid=IwAR0iFA78sn1m6i7xoEXZ3-aWnnFmFl1iO_B5PP90CK8kJGf-UzS167oxVkc
  14. Not sure why Tumilty thinks Hopkin is not allowed to be annoyed about him going about looking for loan moves without informing the club? He seems like a fucking fanny. Physio stuff is a concern though, not arsed about the rest of his complaints.
  15. We were superb tonight tbh. Thoroughly deserved to go through, despite Serbia having us under the cosh in ET. The system Clarke has built over the past few games is impressive considering how awful it looked when we first tried it out against Israel in the nations league. Lets us get our best players out on the pitch and in roles suited to them, even if they're out of position like McTominay and to a lesser extent Tierney. Also getting performances out of the likes of Gallagher who absolutely bodied Mitrovic for the full hour and a half, and Ryan Jack who has gone from a "why is he in the squad" to nailed on starter in the space of a few games.
  16. It's the wee turns and flicks he's been doing just as it looks like he's about to get dispossessed for me that's been particularly impressive. He's had the Czech midfield on strings. Very intelligent player. I used to slate him in his early Scotland days too. He's come a long way.
  17. John McGinn has looked genuinely world class tonight. The Czechs can't get anywhere near him when he's had the ball.
  18. I think Israel are pretty underrated tbh. Don't think they're anywhere near as bad as people in Scotland have been making out. People looking way too much into the world rankings. 4 or 5 of their players would comfortably make our first XI.
  19. 2nd half we played really well. 5 atb looked an omnishambles for the first Israel game, but we're definitely growing into it. McTominay also really growing into that RCB role, thought he was outstanding on Thursday and last night O'Donnell is a strange player. He looks absolutely fucking guff and a total bombscare anytime the ball is near him, but I'm still struggling to think of a single terrible mistake he's made in any of his 15 caps. Makes the most of his extremely limited ability to put in solid performances most matches. A poor man's Branislav Ivanovic circa 2015.
  20. No chance I'll be paying for the first couple of matches until they work all the ghosts out the system. There's nothing to suggest it's all going to run smoothly
  21. I managed to catch a bit of the match, and he was very, very impressive from what I seen. Not phased by the occasion at all. Looked comfortable in position, and took up lots of interesting positions, quite infield near the Parma box. Almost like an inverted full back at times. I'd certainly have him in the Scotland squad before Greg Taylor. Think he could easily play right-back too, seems comfortable with both feet.
  22. Jamie McDonagh and Lamie playing against each other in the Europa League.
  23. According to a quick scan of his LinkedIn, he worked for 2 years as a producer/presenter for Celtic TV, as well as doing Ads for ESPN/STV and making corporate training videos for Barr's. He's been the director of a media production company for 10 years. What sort of experience are you looking for?
  24. Pep's a complete failure at European level and, needless to say, a bald fraud. I suspect this summer will see him signing another £60M dud fullback to sit on the bench, and convert Gundogan to centre-back for next seasons failed assault on the CL.
  25. Well that was quite incredible. I don't think I've ever seen a group of players care so little about getting battered like that in a major game.
