  1. If he takes Goodwillie with him, P&B will probably explode.
  2. At the moment Falkirk have dropped to 7th in League 1.
  3. Stefan McCluskey got a hat-trick for Forfar last weekend and made team of the day. He was sent off today.
  4. Was this decision down to one person or (as it ought to be) a whole board decision?
  5. There were people handing out Indy stuff before a match at Scapa prior to the referendum, which I was not keen on, as I feel there’s a time and a place. I likely felt so strongly at the time due to there being three political ads shown prior to a cartoon film that I took my kids to see in the cinema around that time. I recall that those who were handing out the stuff later agreed to do it elsewhere in future. Very disappointed to see that we’re letting someone as loathesome as Salmond anywhere near Scapa.
  6. Aidan McAdams apparently responsible for Ayr chucking away their lead today.
  7. A year ago they were top of L1 and blew everything, even missing out on the playoffs. Now they’re getting bodied by just about everyone except East Fife. Absolutely loving this.
  8. When I started watching Morton, Falkirk were a speck in the distance, sitting mid table in the bottom tier. That’s where they belong in my eyes.
  9. Thomas Orr scores for Stenny again. Falkirk losing at home again to *check notes* Queen's Park.
  10. Voted for the plain yellow one (No 3). Now that I’ve taken time to look at them again, I wouldn’t be opposed to the “Arsenal away” one or even the black one at a push. The red one looks like a Sevco kit and can get in the bin.
  11. Sam Ramsbottom still flapping them onto the toes of opposition forwards.
  12. Tumilty scores for Raith against Arbroath.
  13. Given that I can't stand Newcastle United, this pleased me immensely.
  14. When they joined the SFL, I gather the HL was glad to be rid of them.
  15. I get the point you are trying to make but 85-86 was a season where we spent the first 5 months plunging to the bottom of the 1st Division and then the rest of the season slowly climbing to safety. Maybe worth bearing in mind that was an era when most of the team were part-time (our top scorer in 86-87 trained with QoS for part of the week), with a few full time players (Wylie for one), although we did have a squad big enough to support a reserve team. We could also sell players on back then. Agree with the point you made elsewhere about the away support swelling the attendances. And for @capitanus - they're not all bigots. A few of them are gloryhunters.
  16. Falkirk TV's highlights are somewhat brief.
  17. This is a good way to pass the morning. The Queens commentators are, understandably, enjoying this to the full. The Falkirk defending is like ours in our last season in the Premier.
  18. Seems the driver gave fake details and he's hoping that CCTV will get the licence plate.
  19. Michael Doyle sent off for Queen's Park against Killie.
  20. So he did. Three days after scoring against Gourock Thistle in the RC semi. Also got one in a friendly against Campbeltown Pupils. So, quite a prolific scorer (by modern standards).
  21. Scored his only goal for us nine years ago today.
  22. Wasn’t sure which thread to mention this in, but those Easdale chaps are trying to buy Derby County,
