  1. The Bundesliga is an absolute pub league. Doesn't help that Bayern scour the league like vultures signing all the best talent. The clubs need to band together and announce a moratorium on selling players to them. I know Dortmund announced earlier in season they'd stop selling to them all the clubs need to take a stand.
  2. Maybe true but they still somehow managed to score 3 goals out of nothing really. And even then, PSG should still have been out of sight based on the strength of opportunities they created, and would have been were it not for the awful Mbappe s***eing everything up anytime the ball was near him. Cavani should have been on at HT
  3. They were lucky to be in the game after 30 minutes, let alone be 2-1 up. Barely touched the ball. PSG shat the bed after that mind you. Mbappe in particular was dreadful. Lots of psychological scars were visible in this game. Will only get worse for them after this.
  4. Good to see Dusan Tadic has been on the roids since stinking out the place at Southampton
  5. Jenkins was an excellent player. Especially that season in particular. Like a Lidl version of Frank Lampard
  6. Bachirou on the telly again. Looking back to 2010/11, mental to think we had him, Tidser and Allan Jenkins in midfield and spent the entire season in bottom half of the league
  7. Their fans are certainly, but in terms of sectarian institutions in Scotland I think Rangers are worse. It's an entire club founded on bigotry. They're quite happy to capitalize on the bigots in their support for profit, as seen by the shameless releasing of an orange away kit in the summer.
  8. Nothing will ever change, in Scottish football or our society in general until Rangers are wiped from existence and the social consciousness of this country.
  9. Looked good for 6 months in league 1. Bang average after that. He actually got worse as he bulked up. Seemed to lose a bit the bit of the speed and agility that enabled him to glide past players and carry the ball up the park. After that was gone there was fuck all left but a failed winger who couldn't defend.
  10. Quinongo, Russell, Barr, Monti, Scott Taggart all in the same boat of thinking their too good for Morton. All of their careers now in ruin. Absolutely delicious
  11. Think they'll still stroll if they get a half-decent striker in January. Edouard is a bit of a haddy and Griffiths out for the foreseeable. Rangers look absolutely garbage. Stevie G beginning to get found out.
  12. Have you ever seen an manager's outfit that screamed "NONCE" more than this?
  13. Quite a downward spiral his career has taken since that day at Dunfermline he fucked his knee.
  14. I've always wondered if a sub warming up on the sideline would have the baws to try something like this in a World Cup final when the opposition are on last minute break. Similar thing happened in the Brazilian lower league some years back
  15. 2nd leg of Boca v River moved to the Bernabeu. Crowd trouble seemed inevitable when you have a two legged home & away final. Surely time for them to change it to a one-legged neutral venue final in future.
  16. It's fine, we have Tumilty who is much better than both.
  17. The Belgian B league is fucking weird. 10 teams and the season split into two halfs with the winner of each half playing each other in a play off to decide promotion. Then the rest of the midtable teams in the aggregate table go into Europa League play off groups from the top-flight, with the bottom four into a relegation play-off. At least that's how it was when I last played FM with White Star Brussels (basket case of a club)
  18. Agreed with this. Thought it was a poor game quality and entertainment wise, and the scoreline papered over that. PSG were absolutely shocking. Tuchel is a bald fraud.
  19. They beat Legia Warsaw in the previous round as well. That was a serious achievement on its own.
  20. FC Dudelange of Luxembourg makes it into the Europa League group stage. Really puts the constant failure of Aberdeen, Hibs etc into perspective
  21. Big Richard Lamie made his league debut in Livingston's routine swording of St Murn. Seems like he played wing back in a back 5, which is odd
  22. Good chance of that I reckon, they remind me of Livi last season. If Ayr ever get to the Premiership before us it's time to send this once proud football club a winding up order
  23. That's a bit extreme. He's kept his council, and nobody knows what the situation is with him. He hasn't bad mouthed the club or even explicitly stated he's looking for better options. The only one who's burned his bridges this summer is Tam O'Ware
