  1. I agree. I don’t even think it’s a difficult choice if I’m honest.
  2. Good to see Longridge and Moore back together but the problems run far deeper than which back 4 start the game. Obviously I’d love to see the team perform well and pick up 3 points but I just don’t see it right now, especially seeing this line up and the formation and game plan I’m assuming comes with it. More than happy to be proven wrong though.
  3. I’m feeling incredibly negative at the moment so maybe the following won’t be my thoughts after I completely come to terms with today’s performance or lack of. Maybe it will happen but I just don’t see this group of players being able to do what we have seen done in seasons past and go on any sort of positive run. We’ve heard the bad refereeing excuses, the ridiculous positive spin of one loss in ten games (which is now three losses in twelve with only a single win) but even the most stubborn of people must now realise that this team, this system or both is relegation stuff. The build up from the back is so painfully slow that it’s like we are announcing where every single pass is going and allowing the opposition to position themselves to defend it before we eventually try to execute it. It is just so embarrassingly awful. The idea that Jordan Davies wasn’t good enough for our level is seemingly more inaccurate as the weeks go by.
  4. Have to agree. Something may click for him there that didn’t here, it happens. But if he was to have stayed here he would have had to accept his contribution would need a considerable increase to be anywhere near a regular starter. I don’t doubt his effort but trying your best isn’t always good enough in football.
  5. Charlie Telfer has declined a contract from Airdrie and will move on.
  6. Pepper is definitely a player I liked. Felt he done a decent job at right back considering it wasn’t his natural position and was gutted about his injury. Good to see him do well as it looked like his career was over at one point.
  7. He also scored a penalty earlier.
  8. Declan McManus sent off...
  9. Peter Grant scored for Queens Park.
  10. I was confused with the Robbie Muirhead one at the time based on the fact he had been booked for the tackle. My belief was that due to the booking there could be no action taken afterwards as the referee had acted. Had he missed it then I understand it can be looked at but as stated above I thought if the ref sees it then it’s done. The Robbie Muirhead one suggests that isn’t really the case then?
  11. How is nobody seeing those elbows?
  12. Did he play a competitive match for us? I recall something along the lines of him being involved in a game and got injured about 5 minutes in but was it a real game?
  13. Pepper was a player I really quite liked and was gutted with how things went for him. Glad to hear he’s doing well elsewhere. Definitely had more about him than Telfer in my opinion.
  14. Have to agree with this. A few moments in which he looked not bad but overall he did little to suggest to me he was of Championship level. Certainly doesn’t belong in the starting lineup of any team looking towards a promotion push to the top league.
  15. Buchanan won’t be missed. When Lee Kilday is looking decent in comparison during a game then you know that changes NEED made!
