Yes, frustrating it will unlikely be cleared up beforehand but there's a seismic difference between voting yes to handing over control blindly and voting no due to lack of clarity/failure to address concerns (which pretty much backs said concerns up).

I think the point is around MCT membership having a say on whether it is 'acceptable' or not. When would they usually have to approve a sponsorship deal unless there is more to it this time?
