  1. Good to know. Will look in to it for festival season. Not these, though:
  2. Are cans of wine ‘a thing’? Should’ve gone with a Mojito, Abbott style.
  3. I have. My journey wasn’t quite as luxurious as most of his. Rather than chilled Chardonnay and canapés I had two cans and a tangerine.
  4. I generally travel through with my old dad and we tend to park at the marina. I’ve done the bus and two trains from East Kilbride with a friend a couple of times and it was no hardship, but my dad won’t be in to it, even with his titanium knee. He’d be happy to use a park and ride, though. An extra quid or two per game on the season ticket wouldn’t be so bad for the service. Or better yet I pay a small charge and he gets it free as a senior.
  5. That’d be ideal. Not sure the majority of folk using the car park every other week up until the pandemic will be keen to leave the car at home, but maybe I’m being a bit too cynical. In any case, seems a more palatable deal than the previous options.
  6. If use of the car park is withdrawn at short notice, or the price jacked up beyond affordability, what are the alternative options in the area? Can’t squeeze too many more in over the road at the docks.
  7. What are the scrap metal prices like these days?
  8. As a bit of a guitar aficionado and an amateur luthier, I'm going to stick my neck out and say that's not the highest quality instrument you're ever likely to get your hands on.
  9. The Joma community trust hoodie is nice
  10. I know it’s contentious on this forum to suggest full backs could be used as wide mids/wingers, but... Iredale and Strapp as a pairing on the left?
  11. BBC Sport: “Captain Kyle Bendictus rifled home a header and Regan Hendry punished feeble defending to find the bottom corner.”
  12. Harkins played really well in a few games and he seemed like a decent guy, but he wasn’t able to consistently sustain his performance levels. He’s also that bit older now, had a serious injury and not likely to even regain the fitness level he had during his previous spell here, never mind bring the sort of energy we need in the midfield. Wish him well and all that.
  13. I was wondering about that - he played for Killie in the Challenge Cup, didn't he? Shame. Article 5, Section 3 of this doc, if anyone's interested: https://www.fifa.com/mm/document/affederation/administration/regulations_on_the_status_and_transfer_of_players_en_33410.pdf
  14. They're doing pretty amazing. Only formed this year and already in the latter stages of European competition, according to their Twitter. Scandalous that the MSM aren't carrying stories on this modern day Cinderella story.
  15. Because that's what (many) football fans do when someone's had negative stories about them in the news.
  16. No, he left the Iranian side he'd been with in the summer despite having signed a four year contract with them. Presumably they told him to bolt. You might see him rock up at a League 1 or 2 team. If he does play in Scotland again he's going to be getting pelters week in, week out for 90 minutes.
  17. Michael Doyle has had the Disney Castle tattooed on his leg.
  18. Don't they realise Russell could "do a job" for them in any number of positions?
  19. It was a nice try https://twitter.com/jmdoyley/status/1047814049424166912?s=21
  20. Just glanced through the comments on FB Re: Scotland squad announcement. It would seem somebody is legit raging that Shankland didn’t get the nod 😳
  21. What a beast of a bass tone on that track. Gets in your head like a drill bit.
  22. What’s the largest transfer fee paid for a former Morton player? Bachirou’s 7mil SEK from Östersund to Malmo in January (a bit more than £615k) must be up there.
