It's a left footed winger, for anyone still guessing. I had McHugh in 6th, with Tidser's with one more cup goal as the tie breaker.
It is a list which puts things in perspective, though. We haven't had many goalscorers in recent years.
David O’Brien.

This is league goals only for the record, discounted cups.

Queen's Park ruthless in their releases. They must be lining up to go for it next season I reckon.

I see that Ricki Lamie has told Dundee where to poke their pre-contract and signed another 2 year deal with Motherwell.
That’s good. I never understood why he’d signed for them. I actually wondered if another club might be interested, even Hearts.

Has the club ever released a virtual tour of the stadium including the gym? That might be something that could go down well.
There were virtual tours of the stadium and old training ground, but that was done about 15 years ago.

I couldn’t believe this, “Brian who?” as well
Great wee bit of content.
Brian who made me burst out laughing.

Nice one. Did Reece really say it was a hunner year ago the other week, then guess 1920?

Do Morton still take a cut of these or is it just the other ones listed on GMFC.net?

They know they missed the boat with the bunnet and Christmas, but the big issue to me is there seems very little communication between Smiths and the club.
What’s the plan for the 100th anniversary in April? Was it the home kit and that’s the lot? Key rings? Pin badges? Beer glasses? Tee-shirts? Mugs?
Let’s be honest, Smiths really have to up their game, and the club have to be monitoring what they’re up to.
And while we’re at it, 1991-93 chevron home shirt can be the next retro top they release, this summer preferably.
Agree. I’ve said before but I regularly have a look to see if there’s anything I can pick up but the clothing range (training and leisure) is really poor. Anything I might pick up is wildly over priced for what it is, so I don’t bother.
Hopefully that’ll be improved though and I get the impression it will. The improvement in social media output has been excellent so hopefully this is next (or at least high up the priority list for the new commercial exec).
On the subject of anniversaries, the club should start having a think pretty soon about the 150 years of Morton that is coming up. There’s bound to be great commercial opportunities there for generating some one-off revenue for the year, and there’s certainly an opportunity simply for “brand awareness” if you will. I’d like to see the club make a great deal of 150 years and try and somehow loop that into encouraging lapsed fans and potential fans into Cappielow. The crowds have dwindled depressingly from those of 15 or so years ago — it’s a good opportunity to try and rejuvenate some interest in the club. Fuck all might come of it, but you never know whose attention you might grab and turn them into a supporter. It’s potentially an interesting wee project so something perhaps a volunteer group could steer working alongside the club.

Do you have the full list? I’m a nosey bastard.

Then again, maybe someone at another club will join us, say from a part-time or a similarly paid role. Fuck knows.

She seems very personable and quite good but we need someone to do more than just keep hospitality ticking over. We need a dramatic rethink of things like advertising and merchandise because they're not very well-packaged. I know we also do venue hire but it seems a bit of an afterthought (from where I'm sitting). Obviously you'll hit a point of diminishing returns - there's only so much you can do with these - but I don't think we're at that stage yet.
And there's no reason why someone up-and-coming wouldn't take the relatively low wage and use it as a stepping stone. A young graduate looking to break into football administration could do a lot worse, or a non-graduate with a bit of a track record in a non-senior role who feels ready to take charge. Much like with a player, they can prove themselves at Cappielow and move on to somewhere better.
If we go in with the attitude that we're just going to get rubbish and live with it because we're not splashing the cash then we deserve everything we get, frankly.
I initially thought it’s suited to an enthusiastic graduate, but they’re asking for an experienced person with a proven track record to come in and work for 19k. I’ve no idea what a competitive salary is in that line of work for the calibre of candidate they’re after but I can’t imagine 19k is it.
Fingers crossed someone comes in and gets in about it though. Best wishes to Lesley Ann in her new role.

Fair play to the club. They seem to have got their arse in to gear a bit more in 2022. With the positive feeling around the club at the moment they're extremely lucky to get a second bite at the cherry so hopefully they don't blow it.
Yeah, the social media output has been excellent this week so far.

I haven’t watched the interview yet but after the abuse he got from Morton fans about his court case when he played against us, I’m pretty sure I’d be back at the club for selfish reasons only as well.
I’m optimistic about him signing if he can stay fit.
