15 point deduction. That’s them humped

Did he not sign a professional deal 2 years ago and is just out of contract at the end of the season?

They knew that they would be housed in the stand or the wide open WDE on a typical pishing it down day in Greenock.
Absolutely zero sympathy for these idiots, entitled beyond belief. They will be requesting oat milk lattes and vegan sausage rolls for the pie stall on their next visit.

Muirhead never acknowledged the fans at all after he took the huff in his first season because he was rightly called out for being lazy.
Obviously had and still has bags of talent and Dougie definitely brought the best out in him. Found it interesting to hear him say on Open Goal he was too heavy at Morton and had to really get in shape under Martindale.

Frustrating night with good spells throughout.
Shaw done well for his goal and also out on the touch line before Gillespie played in Blues for the second goal. He needs to be a bit harder at times but clear to see he has got ability, first touch is always very good and good in tight spaces.
Not sure if it was one of our own heading that ball back the way for their 3rd goal? Felt like it was one of us at the time, and the fouls leading up to it didn’t help the situation. I actually thought it was a good save from Mullen as the ball was all over the place and we didn’t deal with the aftermath.
Feel like it’s a big ask now to reach the playoffs as we really needed that win tonight. Partick also have to play Livi and Falkirk I think so they will absolutely drop points too. How we’ve conceded 3 goals to that mob tonight I’ll never know.
-
Would be a way to de-rail our playoff chances by taking our manager, but whatever happens we all know Partick will fuck it up in the playoffs like they always do.
-
Two brilliant finishes today
guts shown and grinding out results. If we can get our injured players back it would be nice to have that final push for 4th.

Also pleasing how Main is such an irrelevance that despite scoring and cupping his ear to the shed not a single boo could be summoned.
Boyes absolutely emptied him in the second half too which was nice to see.

Great second half performance by everyone. Really dug in at the end and great to see that Keay is going to be an option for us. Did very well.

A delicious fall from grace.

Embarrassing if it finishes like this to 10 men.

I thought he was excellent today. Garrity didn't get a sniff and knew it early on. Lamar was more effective when he came on but not by much. I didn't mind the banter between him and the daft wee boys at the front of the shed. I think he'd knocked fuck out of every one of them
.
Noticed they had a new song yesterday about being 'Morton Hooligans' I don't mind that they add to the atmosphere but I am concerned about what else they bring to games. Just genuinely being wee arseholes and then the carry on before and after games.
I thought it was more to do with Garrity just having a bad game more than anything else. First goal came from him not closing Delaney down who then played in Garrity for the assist. Also gave it away cheaply for the 1-2’s that put Garrity and Shaw(?) through just before Garrity went off. He conceded the corner for the 2nd goal aswell.
Bit of a downgrade for them this season when they had Ballantyne last year.
Main thing for Tuesday night is the Cowshed is open again, that was grim in Sinclair street end.

Their number 2 was fair going for it with his celebrations at their first goal and noising up the boys at the front in the second half. The level of bite they got from him was tremendous. Safe to say absolutely nobody knows who he is and he can stay an irrelevant, angry wee mess in League 1 next season.
-
Maybe this will see Adeloye through the middle and Stuparevic out on the right, cutting in on his left. A bit like the way we had things last year with Muirhead? Feel relatively positive that this will be a success as big Phil is much more mobile than Muirhead.
Adeloye is the type to score all kinds of goals aswell so we just need to get that service into him for the remainder of the season and hopefully that’ll see us finish as high up as we can.
-
Brilliant by the club to get that sorted
Defender in on loan and that would be a top class turnover this window.

That is beautiful. Worth the entrance money alone.

Poor decision. All the best to Alexander in the future. Has a potential wand of a left foot on him not seen since the days of Ross Forbes, minus towing the caravan so I had hoped to see more of him for us.
Absolutely convinced if he plays instead of Lyall we would look miles better but I don’t think Imrie has ever fancied him at all so the writing has been on the wall.
-
He looked a real handful and would be a welcome addition. But I think it would be a big surprise if Partick allowed that to happen though.
-
Only other player on a short term deal that will be due up is Crawford I think? Would be keen to let him and Samuel’s both go and bring in another striker that can play through the middle. Stuparevic can easily play either side of another striker imo.
-
Leaving it so late and saying it’s “precautionary” had me thinking it would’ve been fine.
Keeping things tinpot for the New Year it seems, brilliant.

Miss the days of Zhivago out testing the Battery and letting us know if a game was in doubt or not.

What an end to the game and the year
Glorious sticking it up those bastards with a last minute winner.
Fantastic ball in for Blues too, good to see Garrity back in amongst it and contributing the way we know he can.
If we can just slightly tweak the personnel in this window we will actually be decent.

Beautiful sight seeing Ballantyne’s name back in the starting eleven.
Only missing Stuparevic, King, Crawford and Corr now?
-
Gutted to hear Corr has torn his meniscus and is now needing more surgery, going to be about 3 months before we see him playing.
Good news that Mullen is back for tonight’s game with Budinaukas away back to Rangers. Well done to the young keeper on the short time we had him.

Ballantyne for POTY and Garrity against Queens Park got my vote for Goal of the Season. Was torn between his and Keay’s as they both felt amazing at the time. Garritys pipped it due to the view from the Cowshed, as soon as it left his foot it was flying in
