David Martindale confirming what we pretty much already knew - Morton asked Livi to take Kabia back because we were bringing someone else in. Kabia told his future lies away from Livi.

Also talks about the 'informal partnership' Livi have with us and Arbroath (and now QOS).

Wonder if the incoming player was Roy or another

  2. Makes sense. Dougie clearly didn't see him in his squad. I'm liking how the board/ Dougie are going about our business. Seem to have a long term plan (as long as it van be in football) with extending contracts and also ruthless but fair when releasing players.

Wonder if Hynes is away on loan or been released. Was down getting Celtic ticket this morning and he came out of cappielow before the rest of the players on his own wearing civilian clothes and then rest of players came out a wee while later in training gear to car share up to parklea.

Could possibly just be injured I suppose but if Dougie is looking to get some players out the door then he's probably at the top of the list given the cover at rightback we have.

I noticed this as well and saw he was carrying a binbag. Could be totally wrong but I thought that he was perhaps off out on loan. I also didn't see Kabia come out but could have missed him.

Hope I'm wrong, but it looks like the funding for these contract extensions, is because wee Strappy is away, and that money has been found for the "pot" .If so, I wish Lewis all the best, hopefully he can get a better gig than Dynamo Tiblisi, but at the end of the day its all about showing his talents in the champions league!

What makes you say that money had been found because strapp is away? It could be the dalrada money or the club are planning to use the money fron the celtic game.

I see we've announced another new partnership deal.

Hungry Squirrel will be providing food for hospitality as of Monday.

This company seems to be something to do with Dalrada guys Mrs, whether she's part of it or its owned by a friend I don't know.

I wonder if, this being the case, if Tony Buckley is being bumped, as long as it's not Arty Farty grub that'll be served up.

They need to remember that it's football fans their providing for and not the hoity toity.

No brie and marmalade sandwiches please.

If Buckley is away then I'm ok with that. Competitive is good.

I wonder if we will see Brandon return on loan in January. Played 3 games for Livi this season.

Wouldn't be against that. Thought he done a great job for us although always thought it strange that he started at right back and ended games in midfield.

Tele reporting that Calvin Miller has been training with us. Can play at LB apparently.

I heard this in the run up to the QoS game which is why I thought that Strapp's post match reaction to the shed was interesting.

As I said at the time, I hope he was just waving to his Mammy.

It did look like he was waving directly to someone but I could be wrong.

Also been wondering if we'll hear anything about Nicky Low signing a PCA with us in January. Wouldn't be against that.

Just because the team as a whole is shite, it doesn't necessarily means he himself is playing badly. But yeah, it's not looking good.

Would be a real pity if his career has hit the buffers because not so long ago he still looked like a decent prospect. Still not outwith the bounds of possibility that he can turn it around, but I don't think playing for Annan at the arse end of league 2 is the place to do it.

I hoped that reece going there would have given him a kick up the arse. He really should be cruising that league but have heard nothing of him at all.

Probably time to worry about what striker we are likely to get again - Griffiths is back in the country and training with Livi of all places (based on where we normally look for players).

Wouldn't be totally against giving him a short term deal or pay as you play.
