That was my noughts as well, although I wondered who would take over after Robertson inevitably went off. I thought than up until then we looked quite good, but as you say, without looking like scoring. -

Does he not post as AFK or something similar. He did ask for questions to be submitted when he was doing an interview with DDFR just prior to Shiels being appointed -
Unless he gets a job in management

Scott McArthur was at the reserve game last night, his boy was the no 4 for Ayr.

Joe and his wife are both very very found of Morton and more so the Morton support. When you speak to Joe he becomes very emotional and speaks proudly and with passion about his time here. He is amazed that, what he calls the "young yins" (I'm in my 50's, to Joe I'm a young yin!) are interested in what he has to say.As Ian says he is indeed a gentleman and always has time to speak to Morton fans

Andy M suggested the very same last year and is in touch with Joe Caven, I personally spoke to Joe about 3 weeks ago and he listed about 9/10 of his team still on the go. I think would be a great idea.

I'm sure there was a snippet in the Daily Express reporting he'd joined McMenamin there

Thought he'd signed for Celtic Nation

May have been posted elsewhere but, I see that Martin Hardie has joined Colin McMenamin at whatever non league side Irons is assisting at, something Celtic I believe. Source......today's Express

Anyone know where Joel Kasubandi is playing at the moment, was speaking to his brother tonight (he was playing basketball down here) when I saw the name on the score sheet I asked if they were related. As far as his brother thought he was still playing with Morton.

Rather than start a new thread.... Sunday Mail pull, out has a cracking picture of Jimmy Cowan being carried on the shoulders of the Scotland fans after 3-1 win over England in 1949
-
Piece in today's Mail, Alex Williams appeared at Glasgow High Court on charges of possession with intent to supply. Waste of a talent.
-
Jim turned out for Carlisle as a trialist last week, no idea if he signed for them or not.
-
Heard on Saturday that Stewart is at Airdrie, whether signed or on trial I don't know
-
Signed for a Northern Irish team, Derry City possibly?

Can't believe this.....I read this thread and clicked the link about 6 last night........went to the Lighthouse about 9 pm and not later than half nine in walks Chris Millar with...................... Mell Bottiglieri, and his wife............photos to follow. Best part of the night was when Mel and his Mrs got up to sing, as they finished, the boys gave a chorus of ...... "Posh Spice is a Slapper, She's always on the Telly, and when she's shagging Beckham, she thinks of Bottiglieri"
