EanieMeany
Had a listen to the new Muse album. Seems like a grower as it first listen I only actually enjoyed The Uprising..and that was after several listens :s. Hopefully it grows on me. Definitely a grower. Guiding Light in particular I thought was quite average, but the more I listen to it the more I like it. Exogenesis is great too, although it does take a bit of getting used to. My main problem with it is the French bit in I Belong To You, which is just a bit unneccessary AWMSC

Joe1874
What songs of theirs are good to listen to if you aint heard them before ? Here's a few you should try: The Bleeding Never Enough Those are my two favourite songs of 5FDP, I like all their songs but those two got me into them. Give them songs a bash then give the two albums a listen on spotify.

Yea I want to go see them as well but my mate's music taste suggests otherwise..and i might not have the time off out of amazon so I need to check. Really like their albums so I would love to check them out in such an enclosed place like the Garage before they become bigger

DongaTon
The xx - (untitled album) Mysterious male female duo, I think? They are mysterious right down to their name! Nice melodic atmospheric duets-downbeat pop, highly recommended. I Also put Twin Atlantic's 'Vivarium' on for the first time today-really interestingly structured rock songs, tight as feck playing, but I'm not sure about that guys voice! Only listened to first few tracks, it'll grow on me. Like a metal 'Glasvegas' And of course the new Muse album too-all pretensions of not ripping off Queen are truly out the window and they are showing it loud and proud Edited September 27, 2009 by DongaTon Writing about music is like dancing about architecture - Laurie Anderson Yer Dong Allan Moore, yer wife's a very nice woman, we're gonna win the league for sure.
