There was the two guys we had on trial from St Kitts and Nevis, must be thirty years ago.

They played in a game at Cappielow and were pish.

Can't remember their names.

Harry Curran ?

It wasn't quite 30 years ago, was around 2000 so 20 years ago. One of them was Austin Huggins. I don't remember them playing but they sat in with the Morton fans one night at a game at Airdrie.

Sure it was just a trial they were on, so probably wouldn't really be a mention of it. Can't find much on Google at all.

Hang your head in shame for only having big Parfait on the bench. Those marauding runs with the ball out from the back were outstanding. Good player - real pity that his career was taken from him the way it was.

Jose Quitongo played a friendly for us and scored in it.

Then signed for the opposition.

McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up.
Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control...

That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.

In the Arthurlie game c. 2007/8 pre-season we had a black guy playing as a trialist.  Apparently he was a waiter, and he played like one too.

Dungo McClung played in that game too, as did Brian Graham.

I seem to remember us losing 1-0in that game Ayrshire Ton!!!!

You might be thinking of the friendly where they changed their whole team at HT. Their youth lot scored via a heavily deflected free kick and Phil Cannie missed a last minute penalty.

There no place (like home) for Jonathan Toto?

Look at her riding pillions on Davy’s sea-bike, carrying an apoplectic macaw in a silver hoop. Oh, Morton, let’s go there this winter!  Or learning the Japanese chinchona from that Kobe group, in a dress that looks like a blowtorch rising from one knee, and which should sell big in Texas. Morton, is that real fire? Happy, happy little girl!

Forgive my ignorance - is Harry Curran the one who played with us in the late 90s? If so, what's the BAME connection?

Dunfermline.

Can you expand on that answer please?

(and I don't mean the club's full name or anything)
