Toby
I see Hopkin gave Chris Buchanan his Manager of the Month trophy as a thank you for his support for the team. The club fair know how to fuck up PR some of the time but that’s a great move. Not sat and watched his vlog yet, but I’d imagine Chris’s be delighted. Very nice touch. suda
United seem hell bent on gifting points to every team around us. Annoying cunts. That'll end next week

The Bewilderedbeast
PR has been rubbish for years, I think it’s SLOWLY improving, handing out complimentary tickets and now this. Well done and I hope Big Chris enjoys it.

Charles_Joe
There’s no altruism in a PR stunt. I think it’s very unfair on Hopkin, and Chris Buchanan, that a genuine gesture is being talked about as a great move for PR.
AyrshireTon
So far tonight - Dundee 1-0 Ayr United ICT 1-0 QoS Partick 0-0 Dunfermline McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up. Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control... That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie. TheGoon
Annoyed that they’ve gained a point but probably a better result for us in the grand scheme of things.

vikingTON
The little people’s plummet back towards their natural level (to be completed next season when they finish bottom below Arbroath) is delightful. Ordering a tiny box for 17 April. The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Madton
Results tonight keep a nice gap between us and 9th. Would be amazed if Queens or Partick pick up 8/9 more points than us over the last 8/9 games. Would love to see Partick and Falkirk in league 1 next season. If Ayr continue to wobble(1 win in 6) a playoff position is still up for grabs but we would need to win 4/5 of our last 8 games to have a chance. Doable but can't see it. 5th-7th finish for us. TheGoon
Dunfermline have released 17 players, Ashcroft & Ryan probably the most notable. We must be making an announcement soon as well.
so72
With the Government saying that existing contracts can be extended whilst continuing to be paid under the Furlough Scheme, I think its a poor decision from Clubs to punt all these players. Understand fully that football is a cut-throat business but it would cost very little for clubs to extend contracts under the Furlough Scheme and would create a lot of good will.
