Thread About Ex Player

Recommended Posts

Find it a bit strange he's not got a club yet. I can understand him wanting a guarantee to play most weeks but surely it's a bit daft rejecting our offer and not getting any offers elsewhere?

Denny Johnstone signs for Colchester for an undisclosed fee.

I'm hearing we've got a free kick...

In fairness this is the correct thread for it since we hadn't really been linked with him as much as we had Declan, so he really is an ex player.

Now before Gavin goes, I'd like to ask him one more question.

It was Moore and he paid a fee for him.

I think he might have meant 'East Fife must have an ex-Ton manager in charge as that is the only logical explanation for them signing Tony Wallace.'

Stefan McCluskey is on trial at BARROW

Don't have a clue what the details were surrounding his decision to leave but it would appear that he's made a rip roaring cunt of it.

I assume Barrow are full-time, hardly the end of the world for him.

Would not be suprised if Duffy took him back if the manager does not find any better.

What league are Barrow in? Some of the non-league teams still pay high wages in comparison to us.

National League/Conference. I'm surprised they're that high.

I think teams in that league will pay decent wages. I mind watching that Salford City programme and they said some of the part time teams in their league pay £400 a week in wages.

I went on the Barrow forum there, they've been linked with McCluskey for two weeks now.

Thinking that myself as time goes on and he doesn't find a club. I'd be happy for him to come back.
