Ex-manager rather than player, but Jim McInally has overseen a 2-1 defeat in a crucial game at home to Clyde, with the home side leading before Clyde scored twice in two minutes late on.

Where have I seen this before?

There was an outstandingly poisonous atmosphere after Clyde's second goal. The vast majority of fans stayed behind after the final whistle for a solid 5-10 minutes to hound McInally out.

You address me by my proper title, you little bollocks!

Captain Courageous Dean Keenan managed to get himself sent off (bloated marquee signing Christian Nade joining him on that score) in Troon's latest defeat at Beith in the junior no-mark leagues.

What a terrible, wee shame that is for him*.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

If by 'take an interest' you mean 'read the sports section of a Sunday newspaper' then it's really not a mystery at all tbh.

He’s like Gordon and the alcoholic groomer- you know he’s reading this forum to see if he’s being talked about, so no matter how irrelevant he is, it’s nice to throw him a bone and watch the aftermath.

As an ex broadsheet reader {with the decline of the dead tree press}, who outside of Ayrshire prints Ayrshire lower non·league results- isn't there a specialty website for that sort of interest'?

Most newspapers have a classified page that prints all the results of the tinpot leagues IIRC.

Beith and Troon don't actually play in an 'Ayrshire lower non league' and so you can find their match reports in most national newspapers.
