Really is pleasing to see how Lamie’s career has progressed. Annoying that it’s with Livi but he’s worked incredibly hard to get where he is and delighted to see it paying off for him. Usually don’t give a fuck about a player once he leaves us but wish the big man every success. Hope we can see him back in a Morton top one day.

Hope Lamie gets a decent move. Worked his arse off right through the leagues aswell, was an absolute find for us...the big handsome bastard!

Lamie deserves all the success he gets. He was hung out to dry big-time by Duffy playing him at left-back for so long, a position he was so blatantly uncomfortable with, kept plugging away and took his chance with both hands when he finally got moved inside.

Good on him, wish he had stayed with us but I wish him the best of luck. We've had enough arseholes over the years, if we had a few more like Lamie over that time we'd be miles better off.

Funnily enough Livi have been using him as a left wing-back. Although I think when they are defending they effectively have 5 CH’s playing at the back with their agricultural football.

I’d be happy with agricultural football if it got us the results they’ve had this season.

Wasn't having a dig at their style of football at all, just saying he's probably playing there to suit how they play. I'd be happy with it as well.

Letting an absolute rabble from the League of Wales waltz into the semi finals should be an eternal mark of shame on Scottish league football. A big well done of course goes to King Snake for ensuring that Morton would take no part in setting matters straight by fielding a team of ringers that lost in the first round to the bizarre approval of a section of the fanbase.

Sad!

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

The one action of the snake's that I don't have issue with. Joke of a competition which deserves to be treated with the level of contempt which he did.

Jim Duffy's 'interesting' experiment of playing Ross Forbes at left-back among various other round pegs in square holes backfired again yesterday, as his Dumbarton slide slumped to a miserable 3-0 pumping by lowly Angus bumpkin outfit 'Forfar Athletic'. A certain Robert 'Bobby' Barr also took part in the humiliation and looks set to fulfil yet another new challenge since leaving The Famous in the form of 'getting relegated to a fourth tier pub league'.

Sad!

Shankland gives Ayr the lead at Beith.

McGhee needs some support, there's no-one backing him up.
Hayes playing it forward, Bell being forced to do it all alone, now forward from Marr, here's Ritchie, still Andy Ritchie, look at the control...

That is a marvellous goal from Andy Ritchie. Twenty minutes on the clock and Morton's supporters come alive. A goal which epitomises the control, the arrogance, the cheek of Andy Ritchie.
