TRVMP
He served us really well for a number of years and let himself down a bit in the end. I always wonder what people mean by this. If you meant he was a pretty good player who trained and played to a good level of effort, yeah, he did, but so do the vast majority of players. Certainly nothing worth putting him on a stamp for. He then actively worked to undermine the club ahead of the end of the season - a season during which he was awarded the captaincy. So in other words there's little to separate him from anyone else when he was at his best, and a hell of a lot when he was at his worst. Gary Harkins on the other hand waited until after the season ended to announce he was moving on, which would have been pretty easy for O'Ware to do, but he had to be a prick about it. TRVMP
Saying he wanted to leave when he spend much of the season as captain leaves a bit of a bad taste for me. As did telling the press he was leaving before Duffy and being dropped on the last game because of it. Duffy covering for him also left a sour taste in my mouth, he should have said he was dropping him because he was acting like a spoilt wean. HamCam
Reptilian behaviour from O'Ware. Comes across as a spoiled little boy.
The Bewilderedbeast
He served us really well for a number of years and let himself down a bit in the end. My thoughts too, his behaviour at the end was definitely poor and disrespectful to Duffy, the club and the fans. Rather than give him abuse, would it not be better to treat him with the same contempt and just ignore him completely. To give him abuse would only give him the sense that we actually give a phuq. EanieMeany
I think a lot of our ex-players get a pretty unfair amount of stick/vitriol, but O'Ware is one of the few who's earned it. Guy's an absolute weapon and we're well rid. AWMSC
rex manning
What a stupid interview. It's David Brentish, dripping in cringe worthy delusion and arrogance. 'I enjoyed my time at morton, and the club and the fans means a lot to me, but it was time for a new challenge. Im excited about this new chapter and hope we are there or thereabouts at the end of the season.' Thats all you had to say, even if you didn't mean it you could have shown a modicum of respect. Now you will be hounded and deservedly fucking so. Fuck O'Ware. 1 I want a pretentious signature too.

vikingTON
O'Ware has shown great disrespect to The Famous and it is incumbent on this once-proud fanbase to do what it does best of all - mercilessly hounding someone into oblivion. 2 1 The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before.. So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are
vikingTON
Brian Wake is appointed a first team coach at Swedish cracks Ostersunds FK: http://ostersundsfk.se/ian-burchnall-och-brian-wake-ny-i-ofks-tranarstab/ we contacted Brian right away and after prompt negotiations, we are now extremely pleased that he chooses to return to ÖFK," says Daniel Kindberg. Brians enthusiasm and commitment to the football will give us a strong resource around the A team. Brian will go in and work around exercises and matches. [The Word of the Lord] "This feels great, I look forward to this. This went very fast and when Daniel called and wanted me to come back to ÖFK I said yes. I will do my best in everything and I will help with all that is needed." Brian will join the team when they come to the training camp in Denmark on June 25th. 2 1 The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. TRVMP
I had it in my head that Swedish clubs would work in the English language, since they all speak it and they'll have a lot of foreign players for whom it'd be easier than Swedish. But before he left that diddy mob last week I saw a video of Wake speaking fluent Swedish. It's like the biblical prophecy of speaking in tongues. Deego
He's not as good as he's made out to be, to be honest. His reputation is high with Morton fans because of his partnership with Jamie Lindsay from the previous season, I reckon. He's a good player and I would've expected him to get better offers but I'm not entirely surprised.
