The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

FORUM GUIDELINES

1. No spam / advertising / self-promotion in the Forum.

These Forums define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users.

2. Copyrights, permissions and defamation.

Please do not post copyrighted material. This includes copy and pasting or 'screen-shotting' material from media outlets such as newspapers. Copy and paste the link to the material instead.

All podcasts are the property of TheMortonForum. All blog posts on this platform are the property of their authors. Content on TheMortonForum cannot be shared without permission. To discuss permissions, please e-mail TheMortonForum@gmail.com.

Please refrain from posting anything that could be constituted as defamation. Defamation is the oral or written communication of a false statement about another that unjustly harms their reputation and usually constitutes a tort or crime. If you are unsure if your post contains defamation then PM the @Admin account before posting. 

3. Do not post 'offensive' posts, links, videos or images.

Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes pictures, videos and links posted by users.

4. Personal information

Posting personal information about another user on this forum is prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to) names, addresses, phone numbers, pictures of users (or their families).

The moderators' decisions on any matters are final and haranguing them on anything will not change their minds, although we intend to have a relaxed approach to moderating the Forum. Please note that the Admin team do not accept any attempts to threaten Administrators or members with legal action over the content of this Forum. Any threats to do so will result in an instant ban.
