  1. That’s on the manager today. French in centre mid wasn’t working from the outset
  2. Strapp should be ok for tonight. The rules allow three bookings before a suspension if a team has entered at round 3. Unless there’s a rule that you have to have been signed by round three. Fingers crossed
  3. Blues had one of his anonymous games yesterday, which was disappointing. Alan Power was everywhere and constantly on the ball
  4. A benefit compared with playing on the Saturday as playing on the Saturday means less recovery time.
  5. Do you think it could be a benefit to be playing on the Monday after matches on the Saturday and Tuesday?
  6. An extra day or rest after two games in three days is the relevant factor
  7. The point though is that i’m sure you’d concede that it’s a benefit having extra recovery time by playing Saturday- Tuesday- Monday.
  8. It’s hugely important we get the three points as we push for top four. The point stands that the match being played on Monday gives us more of a chance due to the extra recovery time.
  9. Given we have two huge league matches with ICT on the Saturday then Dundee Utd three day later it’s great the team have that extra recovery time with the cup game on the Monday
  10. Now that the dust has settled on a brilliant night last night, depending on the draw, it would be a nonsense if the capacity was 6700. A couple of things could help. Firstly the main stand could be for home fans only. Secondly, if fans moving to the cowshed in rain is really a concern ( which seems mad as we have had much bigger crowds over the years without this being an issue) how about asking fanbase to have a Sinclair St option ? They could enter via the reopened turnstiles , with maybe a metal barrier/stewards as soon as you go through to stop moving over. Or if fanbase can’t do this, paper tickets for Sinclair St. Say we drew Killie at Cappielow , we’d be shooting ourselves in the foot to limit the crowd to less than seven thousand. So, home fans only in the stand and seperate tickets for Cowshed or Sinclair St. Thoughts?
  11. I really like Robbie Crawford and good luck to him if he gets a move where he can improve his income. It’s a short career, he won’t be on a fortune at Morton and he has done really well for us. From a fan’s perspective it feels disappointing as it looks increasingly difficult trying to build a really good squad . One step forward and two back.
  12. I see that fans without season tickets can now buy e-tickets . Has anyone tried it ? Did it work ok ? if it works then it saves fans queuing at the ticket office , which is a good thing .
  13. Did Erik move back to Denmark? He stayed in South st when I was a lad 30 years ago
  14. Quite literally, Status Quo's 1991 album Rock Til You Drop. For a bit of variety had Persephone's Bees on in the car this afternoon
