Heard a funny story about him this morning. Listened to Gary McKay Stevens podcast with Simon Ferry this morning and he told a story about how Gunning turned up to the DU Xmas party without a costume. Team put a bit of pressure on him to do something to make up for it so he pished in a glass, a good half pint apparently and downed the lot. That's the kind of leader we need right there! Said he was a nutter!

Sounds like its not completely dead but he has played for 2 clubs this season so not sure if there is a way round it. Gutter, especially as it was only 1 game for Billericay!

Surely they can't recall after agreeing he will stay until the end of the season? Most season long loans have the option to recall during the Jan window like Welsh but after agreeing to extend, surely that it until the Summer.

Would take him in a heartbeat. He would be an obvious upgrade on any of our central midfield options. Can't see it though.

The 1st payment was 6k and was only made at the end of Aug. If that 6k payment continued monthly ( which i doubt as people have withdrew) that would only make about 24k being handed over at most so i doubt we are anywhere near the first 100k.

Big fall out with Snake apparently after being taken off at ht last week. Snake said he was injured but wasn't and has trained all week.

How many of the initial pledges actually converted? Was under impression 6k/m was the total pledged but it seems some never converted so curious to know how we got to 6k. Well done to all involved btw.

We can pretend that it's MCT that have somehow managed to strike a deal with the board on the debt but in reality, Crawford said long before MCT was a thing that the debt would be paid off for any potential buyer so this isn't something new or inventive. I'm investing in the hope that it helps the playing budget.

Can you confirm that you start paying the money raised to Morton straight away going by your earlier point? I was under the impression you don't hand it over until 2 years time. If the investment is immediate and regular, thats a huge incentive to help out now!
