I think Shankland has lost a bit of weight as well since leaving us. He posted a 'progress pic' a wee while ago on Instagram.
He works as a Personal Trainer now in Glasgow, alongside the footballing heavyweights of Craig Reid & Scott Agnew (think he owns it). One of the boys from my work goes there.

Always liked him in the middle of the park and as an option at right back too. If there’s a chance of him coming back, and with McManus not getting an extension I wonder if that leaves scope for Pepper if Duffy decides we need something else in midfield/right back positions. If he is in training I’d imagine it would be fairly easy to bring him in on some sort of deal.

We could certainly have been doing with him just now considering our lack of natural width.
He was our only out ball for about 4 seasons until we signed Imrie. Very underrated to the team IMO, always remember us missing him in games when he was out but he was one of the only players we had that could actually carry the ball!

I remember seeing something on some social media from when OWare signed his new contract, I'm sure it was something like "an extra fiver a week" or something along those lines that McCluskey said to OWare.
Maybe he was offered something that wasn't great, knowing his starts would be harder to come by (a bit like what Miller was told by Duffy) and he did have a 48 hour deadline that came and went. Stalling maybe thinking we'd offer something better? If he had a club id imagine he'd of signed with them already.
All the best to him. Gave his all, and that goal at Ibrox ðŸ˜. There was another cracker season before last, East End Park I'm sure it was.

Ross Caldwell signs for Brechin. Reckon he'll be in the Juniors in a few years.
Disappointing for him but really needs to sort himself out. Had the makings of a really good player for us when he was here but has the attitude and huffing of a 4 year old.
