  1. Is that where you first met Ed De Ball, when he was schmoozing Curtis Stigers into a 5 album deal?
  2. Just out of interest, and a question that I often got asked about Morton - why do you support Getafe?
  3. Hadn't seen or heard of him for years. I remember the Scotland-Italy game where those cheating bastards won and that shocking decision by the cheating bastard referee against Hutton late in the game, both Toby and Myself were going out of the ground (South Stand) and spotted a hospitality bar and went in for a beer. We had no problems getting served and there was an unedited feed of the game been shown on the TV, and we were sitting at a table next to Jimmy Bone watching it, all shocked and stunned at that decision. Such was the shock of what just happened neither of us batted an eyelid of who else was there. In normal circumstances the issue of Morton-St.Mirren would have been on the agenda, but not even a mention of it.
  4. David Hopkin went from Crystal Palace to Leeds Utd for £3.5m. George Graham also made him Leeds captain, in an era when Leeds were a decent side.
  5. Aye, just seen that. Someone probably charged him £4 for a pint of dregs.
  6. Speaking of Caravan Sites, FGRs are owned by a former New Age traveller who travelled across England living in a clapped out bus and listening to trance music.
  7. http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/15784108.Nacho_Novo___s_new_bar_under_fire_for_charging_fans_A_TENNER_to_watch_Old_Firm_match/?ref=mrb&lp=2
  8. I Tivo'd that the other evening when it was on, I've yet to watch it.
  9. So did I. It was around 2011 when I was flying out to Munich, I spotted him and was unsure if it was him at first. He walked past me as I was in the airside concourse and I stopped and asked if he was Scott Bannerman and we had a good conversation about Morton.
  10. When he was at Cappielow there was a similar story about both him and Dean Keenan. They were both punted shortly afterwards. Nowadays their teammates would have to wear rainbowlaces in a show of support for them.
  11. A brilliant band. I saw them live around 2007 at the ABC.
  12. As much as I hate to bring this back on subject, former Rangers Legend and severely expensive Morton flop, Fuego el Dago, is now a pub landlord in Kinning Park. http://www.glasgowlive.co.uk/whats-on/food-drink-news/former-rangers-striker-nacho-novo-13960305 This is the same pub which Alex Ferguson used to run back in the 1970's, and was called 'Fergies' at the time.
  13. Y'see, that's why everyone thinks you are twat, amongst other things. I want Falkirk to lose, even when they play Falkirk reserves in a training session. You don't, therefore you are a complete cunt. Thanks for playing, champ
  14. The clique don't struggle. Ever. LinwoodNonce has opted to retire from being dotting fodder by pleading his case to one of our more liberal-minded members. However the board has become somewhat boring since then, are you Putin yourself forward as a replacement? Edit to add: Over and out.
  15. Who is MadTon? Toby didn't believe that Cartoonhead was a real person till I pointed him out, but it transpires he's known him longer than me.
  16. I like Tyson Fury. I wouldn't let him tarmac my driveway or buy lucky white heather from him, but he's good entertainment in a "d'yee like dags?" Sort of way.
  17. I thought that it was a perfectly good competition the way it was. I don't know what bringing in some Welsh and Irish sides contribute to the tournament, however if your club is drawn against, say, Llanelli Druids or Sligo Rovers, then it would be an expensive outlay for them compared to drawing an Alloa or Stenhousemuir.
  18. Still, at least you're not raging about it
  19. This reminds me of a joke about an Irishman and a Prostitute with a glass eye, the Irishman taking advantage of her unusual specialism and the Prossy saying she'll keep an eye out for him again. It was funnier in the pub. 20 years ago.
  20. It wasn't too long ago that you tried to accuse me of racism on here, now you are using terms like "Snake Irish Tinker". What makes you think that Is acceptable, you racist piece of shit?
