  1. Duncan Ferguson meltdown accusing Arbroath players of downing tools. Arbroath not happy. Caley apologise but Arbroath still demanding a retraction. Mindgames and squeaky bums.
  2. The fact that Boyd was handed a 2 year deal so we could have been stuck with him for another year had he not chucked it easily pushes him into the worst spot.
  3. Or, they were well aware of the Airdrie score at that point so weighed up the limited benefit of chasing a winner with the playoffs a losing battle even if we won vs risking the point as we try to see off any threat of falling to 9th.
  4. Well, no, he didn't. He got injured last January and didn't throw a ball in anger for 11 months.
  5. Airdrie being 2 nil up in Kirkcaldy is also very much baws.
  6. Somewhat irrelevant when the deficiencies that led to those comments are nothing to do with his ability to join the attack at set pieces but rather his inability to keep goals out at the other end.
  7. That quote doesn't indicate who made any decision though. In the latest GM video, he talks about weekly meetings between the manager, the chairman and the GM and that Dougie has presented his strategy for the team going forward. So whilst that quote has come from Laird, it could just be that he knows the strategy that the manager has presented and they have all agreed to?
  8. Wilson back for the run in is a big boost. Dougie confirmed in the preview that he's trained all week but might not quite make it for tomorrow, bench if anything.
  9. Shame Arbrosth couldn't complete their comeback to send us 4th but delighted to get back to winning ways, to hit 40 points at last, can put to bed the late worry of sinking into the wrong playoffs. All to play for.
  10. It's not the 150th anniversary Gala Dinner though. That's pencilled in for October.
  11. Looks like they've made a quick adjustment already. £99 plus VAT changed to £99 inc VAT.
  12. 2023 Individual £50, table of 10 £450. 2024 Individual £99 plus VAT, table of 10 £990 plus VAT.
  13. Still pretty frustrating at this stage though. We banked significant extra coin from the cup, had Boyd take himself off the wage bill and yet we were the only club in the entire division not to do any new business in the winter window.
  14. * is what they want you to think. £119 a ticket.
  15. Know they have said that in the past so good to see it's still on the agenda. Catering should also be looked at if we still just get a flat fee for it.
  16. Falkirk give Gary Oliver a new contract.
  17. Somebody's reading the commentary. Merch tweet out of nowhere.
  18. Has to be some crossed wires somewhere otherwise there would be no concessions, no free tickets etc. Rule definitely in place that you can charge away fans more for equivalent tickets but discounts for specific groups seems fair game.
  19. Obviously there's a balance to be drawn between an offer that just discounts current customers vs the benefit of attracting new ones and obviously it would have to apply to home and away. The rest of that point didn't make much sense though like saying you can't run one-off promotions or offer a deal to a specific group. Happens everywhere (student, NHS, people dressed as pirates etc).
