Has to be some crossed wires somewhere otherwise there would be no concessions, no free tickets etc. Rule definitely in place that you can charge away fans more for equivalent tickets but discounts for specific groups seems fair game.

Obviously there's a balance to be drawn between an offer that just discounts current customers vs the benefit of attracting new ones and obviously it would have to apply to home and away. The rest of that point didn't make much sense though like saying you can't run one-off promotions or offer a deal to a specific group. Happens everywhere (student, NHS, people dressed as pirates etc).
