This is probably correct, I remember going on a rant about those horrible half and half scarves, the reply I got was basically, that there was nothing the club could do as they'd been produced by Smiths and not the club.

When I looked it at the Partick game, there's 4-5" gap at the top of the current wall and the shed roof. Maybe require a rail along the top of the wall where the blocks would be removed and a vertical central support to strengthen any new window installation.

I think you may have misunderstood. No one from outside the ground would be able to watch, unless they stand in the car park. The area I'm talking about is the walkway between the male toilet exit door and the end of the pie stall nearest the WDE, maybe 20 mtrs maximum.
