  1. If I'm looking at the right website, that is indeed bizarre!
  2. My thoughts too, his behaviour at the end was definitely poor and disrespectful to Duffy, the club and the fans. Rather than give him abuse, would it not be better to treat him with the same contempt and just ignore him completely. To give him abuse would only give him the sense that we actually give a phuq.
  3. Agree with both of the above, my only regret is his choice to announce his departure in the press the day before the Inverness game, lacked a bit of class.
  4. I know it won't have been a priority given the protracted managerial search, however methinks that the photo on the shop page of the official site should be updated pronto.
  5. John Maisano takes up managerial role https://www.inverclydenow.com/sport/morton/new-role-for-former-morton-player-john-maisano
  6. How long before he's touted as new manager?
  7. There was talk today that Dumbarton were keen on him
  8. What about the players that played FOR Morton IN Europe in 1968?
  9. Omar Haughton and Sydney Franklin we should have both of these guys in the team, just for the comedy factor alone
  10. I was speaking to Mrs Q at Kilmarnock at the beginning of the season. She told me the Jose was willing and wanting to sign for us, but the club were stalling on making him an offer. He had a mortgage and, at that time, two kids when the Skunks offered him terms, which he accepted. No brainer !
  11. Yeah, I agree, but the flip side is whether he or we believes what he said is neither here nor there. Like it or lump it he is recognised face, at least across the western TV and Movie world, on a national TV football programme saying good things about Morton. Can that be all bad?
  12. No, quite open about supporting the green bighots. But did say he had already signed a pro contract with Morton, which he described as being a great wee club with great fans, but at the time it was on a downward spiral and the acting option fell in his lap so he took it. He did say he was pleased to see us doing well this season.
  13. Martin Compstom on Soccer AM talking about his time at Cappielow
  14. We offered a 1 yr deal, they offered 2. I think
  15. Wouldn't accept £6m to take the wee waster
