Ross Forbes is a harsh one. I'd put him more in the unlucky category. Unlucky in that he was just blessed with an extremely unathletic build to go with his talent.

Here's my XI as things stand:

Okay yes, I'm cheating a bit by sticking Weatherson at right back, but it's my ball so it's my rules.
Controversial one here perhaps...
Lewis Strapp for left-back? I think most of us would have predicted him being in the Premiership at this stage of his career, not playing for Airdrie

I'm hoping that his experience will be great for us and for Imrie as well, but I have a worry that he overshadows Dougie a bit (Technical Head Coach...).
Same.
Reminds me a bit of the Levein-Cathro situation at Hearts. I can't shake the suspicion that he's just here to knife Dougie in the back and take over the job when the opportunity presents itself.

That would be a weird one if he was dropping down to the Championship. Near-enough ever present at VVV-Venlo last season. Wouldn't say no as that's a decent level of football.
edit: I mistook appearances for starts. He was a squad player. Played mostly at left-back.

Was thinking that myself, yeah. On paper would be a brilliant signing. Provided it is him.

Just drove past Cappielow and a boy in a full Aberdeen tracksuit was walking in. Black, blonde hair and looked a bit gangly.
Did he have braids/long hair? A guy htey just signed, Emmanuel Gyamfi fits the bill. Left-sided player spent last season in the Dutch 2nd tier on loan from Schalke.

Jai Quitongo? Around the time of that Doncaster bid he looked like he was going to go on to be a real decent player. He was battering Premiership teams in the League Cup, had some amazing finishes, a proper physical handful of a player. Turned out to actually be the peak of his career.

Shaw will come onto a game this season. This forum has a shocking track record when it comes to judging players.

I reckon there's a player in Shaw that Dougie can unlock. I'm not disappointed to have kept him.
If we keep all of those we're in discussion with, the squads in a lot better nick and not in need of as much of a rebuild as I first thought. About 13 first team players who played regularly last season. Feel like we've had seasons with much more upheaval than that under Dougie, although losing your first choice centre-back pairing is not good.

So was he offered a deal or not? Have we just lost one of our best players, and regular on-pitch captain, because of the clowns in the boardroom and the situation they've created? Unacceptable if so.

No manager in their right mind would turn down the chance to move to Partick from the shambolic state of affairs we have at present here.
As much as I hate the club, it's a no-brainer from Dougie if it comes to him being offered the job.

I think the offer at face value seems reasonable. If that was floated 6 months ago, I think it would a straightforward decision. I definitely agree with 3 independent appointees with some level of experience or expertise would be a good idea. But the events of the last few weeks means it has to be viewed with suspicion and further scrutiny. Still a lot more information that needs to be provided

What was the previous annual figure contributed by Dalrada? Am I right in saying that is a reduced fee, and they're wanting MCT to dilute their shareholding and control if the club for it?

I'm hearing that Graham Richie's email account has been found in the blind fans toaster room.

I have no faction in this, and the risk to the club is already there.
But I'm afraid you've answered your own question when you correctly say "IF true"
Sure you don't, shitebag.
@Admin can I suggest these new accounts that have been signed up shit-stir, on either side, get the ban hammer?

What's the point in shit-stirring like this? How does this improve the situation in anyway? You're putting the club at risk to get a wee dig in, in favour of your faction? Grow up.
I'm not a member of MCT, so I don't have any biases here, but at least they've got a fairly clear and concise statement out with fair reasoning behind their stance. Again, IF true.
Delete your post and stop with the shit-stirring. Not doing your sides cause any favours here.

So if the MCT statement is be believed, the majority shareholder is essentially being blackmailed by a sponsor as to who it is allowed to appoint to the board?
How can anyone be OK with this? I don't see any option other that telling Dalrada thanks, but TTG
Why was MCT not made aware of the FIFA issue? Again, this is the majority shareholding we are talking about. Its completely unacceptable. Wanting to keep it schtum from the fans and media is at least understandable from a reputational damage control perspective. I'd love to hear the justification or reasoning that made them decide not to disclose to MCT. Astonishing thing to do.

Run in has all the hallmarks of being safe from relegation but given up now that the top four hopes are gone.
It wouldn't be a season without Morton giving up in March.
Our record in March, April, May since 20/21, excluding the relegation play-off is:
13 wins
14 draws
20 lossesExtremely poor, and of course it extends far beyond this period into the Duffy era. Sick of it happening every year

Cannot believe Imrie changed the line up so much knew it was going tits up as soon as I seen them line up with Crawford sitting and only lyall in front of him. Blues should have 100% started. Adeloye has hardly kicked a ball all season and throws him in for a start in our biggest game of the season so far.
Done well to get back into it after changing back to the usual shape and bringing blues and Gillespie on but changing it initially came back to bite him in the arse.
Further evidence tonight if we needed it that Michael Garrity is not good enough to start in the championship.
On to Saturday, 3 points would keep us in it.
He was just knackered mate no injury by the looks of it
Can't just play the same team of players 3 games in a week. Some changes were required just with keeping everyone fresh in mind.
Frustrating one to draw. Questions over Mullen for all the goals for me.

This list doesn't make much sense. Aberdeen and Hearts 3 Gold, 1 Silver. Overall rank Silver, the same as Partick who have a Bronze for youth, how can they be judged to be equivalent? St Johnstone also have 3 golds and a silver, and are gold? Queen's Park 2 gold, 2 bronze; overall Bronze.

Nah, fuck that. I'm not having those tramps buy a promotion.
Order of preference is
1. Livingston
2. Falkirk
3. Ayr
Hopefully only Livingston of course
