This is very reminiscent of the early season performances when Oakley was injured. We're clueless in possession without him, Muirhead is not a centre forward in this system. He is not making the correct runs and can't hold anything up
Chocolate wrists MacDonald is pish btw

Every week they manage to plumb new depths of dreadful refereeing
-
Monday confirmed.
What a heap of utter shite.
-
Do you think they'll give season ticket holders first option for tickets, or a free for all?
-
Very likely to be the BBC pick for TV I think, provided Hearts win.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaa

Impressive to win that so comfortably against a Premiership team. I don't even think we played overly well, nor did we have to. Superb.

Derek Adams leaves Ross County. I've got the fear...

Most I've been looking forward to a game in a long time. Big crowd, winnable game against a bigger team, Scottish Cup QF in the offing. Can't wait

What does he mean the turnstile issue was "addressed and tackled within 48 hours"? I hope he's not thinking that just admitting the turnstiles are shite in the Tele is an adequate enough response?
-
Either a minnow like Bonnyrigg or Ayr at home, or Hearts/Aberdeen away pleas.
-
The turnstiles need to be redone in the summer, they're not fit for purpose.
I honestly dread us drawing Celtic or Rangers at home in the cup. It would be absolute fucking carnage and no end of bad publicity.

I’ve just turned 69 so it’ was a bit later. I was working at Grootint Shipyard near Rotterdam, and also played for the Work Football Team. I was in my thirties but the Den Haag manager didn’t know that as I looked much younger and I didn’t make him any the wiser. I played a cup match for Grootint and our coach told me the Den Haag manager was there and wanted to speak with me. He then to my amazement offered me trials with Den Haag, who at that time were in the top four in the Netherlands, with Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord.
You talk so much pish.
ADO Den Haag took on a player in their 30s for a trial who had no previous experience of professional football? Is that what you're alleging? Fuck off

Speaking of Broadfoot, only fair to say he's been solid recently. Hope he keeps it up if Dougie keeps him on the team

Looked from the cowshed like a pathetic dive, I was calling for a yellow as it happened. Never, ever a pen.
For the red, I think everyone in the cowshed was shocked it looked like a bog standard cynical trip. but would need to see it again in more detail. If he's caught him with his studs on the calf or ankle then we couldn't complain

Superb.
Queens Park must be favourites for the drop they're absolutely rancid, never looked like scoring once.

Queens Park spent the last of their 5mil buying off the refs it seems. Fair play.

He didn’t applaud the fans originally when he walked over like he usually does, however as he walked away from the cowshed he did turn round and give acknowledgement.
If that's all it was, I can't believe anyone cares. Shouldn't need a pat on the back every time you come to support your team.

Our chairman and his agent is the same person which is why your point about being as much our decision is moot and a potential conflict of interest going forward.
We need strapp in so I'm not complaining about this particular deal but this was my worry when Laird was appointed chairman.
Oh, I didn't know that.
I definitely agree with your concerns. That's not a great look

Purely from a team perspective it's an extremely handy signing for next couple of months at least.
From a massive red flag perspective, I'm sure it was an extremely tough negotiation between our new chairman and his agent to get him in the shop window until the end of the transfer window.
He and his agent will have bitten our hand off for this offer considering he's not had a job in 8 months.
The length of the deal could well be as much our decision as his given that it was our choice to get rid of him in the first place.

I'd say we're more of a one tactic team, than a one man team. Shell the ball up to the forward and play off him. It's more a problem with squad depth/Dougie's tactical flexibility than Oakley himself being out. No disrespect intended to him cos he's been brilliant obviously, but if we had someone in the same mold as back-up, even a haddy like that Todorov, we'd be doing better than this current patch of form.
