Sounds like a good performance and liquid fitba!

If we take the three points here and Motherwell dropping a point at the very least that's a great start

Motherwell scrape a draw away to Clyde, hope they lose the pens. The Clyde goalie is Brian Kinnear at 6'4'', c'mon big man do your best

Not to be, Motherwell get the bonus point

Understandably rusty start but settled down well enough, you could see the confidence the goal gave the team and we started playing some nice stuff. Really bad equaliser to concede starting with a daft pass from Crawford who played well otherwise, but they didn't really let it shake them and it was ultimately a comfortable win, despite getting sloppier in the second half with the subs. Thought Blues and Wilson were excellent and Shaw had a good game too.

Can't complain about four goals when we don't have a recognized #9 in the team. Onwards and upwards.

Highlights are up and a few observations.

Blues goal a great finish.

Moore in the right place at the right time.

Ali Crawfords first and second touch before he scored were delightful.

Delaneys goal came from moving the ball quickly and a fantastic finish.

We could and should have had a few more.

Iain Wilson looked imperious and Ali Crawford looked sharp again. Those two and Blues are going to be big players for us this season if we can keep them fit.

Probably will sound harsh but Sam Murdoch is not ready for first team football. We need an experienced keeper who commands the box and defence. He's also  had mistakes that led to goals against QotS and again today. A very good keeper with loads of potential but we cannot have him as our number this season.

Young players need to make mistakes to develop so I’m glad Murdoch’s first couple of major errors have come in a game that we’ve comfortably won anyway. Definitely need another keeper in before the Motherwell game, and ideally give Sam another season further down the leagues to develop.

Apart from that the highlights were a good watch, midfield and front line looked very good albeit against a makeshift Peterhead defence.

Imrie saying he wanted Albinson to play but he didn't want to play a competitive game in case he got injured without a deal.

Imrie still working on it but budget is the barrier.

Peterhead's second goal should've been ruled out for offside. I get that he's coming back from the offside position, but it isn't even been close.
