Imrie looks to be trying to replicate something like the team/ approach he had with us in his first proper season. Signing Oakley from Ayr and Jon Robertson from EK.  Id say it's a given that one or two of our current squad will end up there as well.

Gary Naismith also named as the new Ayr manager. Interesting one that.

It'll be interesting to see how Imrie and the rest of the Raith team deal with Roberston. The guy clearly has talent but he's got the potential to be very disruptive. If they keep Oakley fit he will score goals.

Aye I'm looking forward to Imrie and Robertson having a few ding songs.

Dare we hope for some games against the midden next season?

They are certainly on a downward spiral.

Reece Lyon missed his penalty in the Stenny v QoS shoot-out.

Fresh stain on the floor when I moved in. He may have checked out short of a useful amount of blood.

Shame. Always liked him as a player.

Seems he slipped as he was taking it and sent it several feet over.

Lyon reliably failed to make the most of his ability through a lack of application - see every Morton manager who quickly punted him into touch - so floundering indefinitely in the seaside leagues is appropriate. High time that their silly little experiment with being a full-time club was brought to an end too.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Commiserations also to Dom 'Dom' Thomas for adding a humiliating relegation to his truly laughable CV, for a £2k per week show pony. Money well spent as ever!

From the midden being completely out of our orbit for the last few seasons and indeed until last year when they won the league cup we suddenly have the delicious prospect of four derbies next season 😊 Even though they have the cup final as a priority Dunfermline are the form team for the play offs.
