We don't know who the player he punched was.

The site is supposed to be a place for the extended 'family' of Morton supporters - having an affinity with people that you don't know, because you share a love of your local football club. It's not supposed to be about point scoring and showing how 'clever' or 'funny' you are, or just being downright rude and offensive to people you don't know, because you can get away with it. Unfortunately, it seems the classic case of people who have little standing/presence in real life, use this forum as a way of making themselves feel as if they are something. It's sad, and I've said that before..

So, having been on Morton forums for about 15 years I guess, I've had enough... well done t*ssers, another Morton supporter driven away. You can all feel happy at how 'clever' you are

Dunfermline beat County last night and Ayr draw with Arbroath. Looking up the table Dunfermline are in the playoffs and 6 points ahead of us. Everything remains the same below us.

10 points separate 10th place and 4th. Mental.

Queen's Park 1-0 up at Ayr.

Fresh stain on the floor when I moved in. He may have checked out short of a useful amount of blood.

Finished 2-1 QP. I fucking despise that horrible excuse for a football club.

That's now 4 wins in 6 for them and they're 4 points ahead of us, they're the form team in the league and it'll need a collapse for them to end up in the bottom two from here.

Despite having played one fewer game and being on the same points though, Ayr getting reeled into the relegation battle isn't out of the question. Only 1 win in 8 for them, we can't lose down there next week.

There's 10 points between 4th and 10th. Any talk of certainty for any of these teams is premature.

We only have 2 fixtures left against teams who can play a bit of football, followed by the last 5 against similarly mediocre sides. I'm hoping Brophy and Main can do something to justify their wages in April to keep us out of serious bother.

Fully agree with D1874 above.

I'd add that it's hugely pleasing to see the mercenary George Oakley having jumped ship for a well-funded wannabe title contender, only to realise that his new custodians are actually shite.

I think realistically Ayr, QP and Dunfermline are fine. They’ll be able to pick enough points up between now and end of season to be safe.

So it’s between us, Raith, Ross County and Airdrie for the bottom two. I’d imagine by the end of the month we’ll likely be in the bottom two before having a favourable end to the season where we can hopefully go on a little run. Albeit I’d probably fancy us in a two legged playoff against any team in League 1 (regardless of the Stenhousemuir result in January).

Rumour is he's about to do it again, to rejoin Imrie at Raith Rovers.

Like others I’m not panicking because we’re playing reasonably well at times - beside the odd calamity - and because of those closing fixtures others have mentioned.

But what a lot of pressure we’ll be loading onto those games if we don’t start picking up some points before then. There’s no reason we can’t be taking something on Friday, or at Ayr or at home to Arbroath so we don’t leave ourselves with must win games in April and May.

The last 3 results have really put us back in it after it looking like we could start looking up rather than over our shoulder.

I really hope we get Storer back soon as he has been the difference between lose vs draw or draw vs win so many times for us this season and we could really do with having him back for the run-in.

It really is mental that we are still only 6 points off 4th (albeit with an extra game played) but at this stage I would bite your hand off for 8th.  Let’s get this shitty season over and done with & rebuild for next season (hopefully in the championship)

partick have defended well tonight, created a few chances & are well worth a draw.  So for karmas sake I hope they concede a late sucker punch - ideally from a soft penalty

A draw is worthless for those media darlings anyway - it's done.

Partick won't win the league and will bottle the playoffs as per usual, so a win tonight keeps Raith Rovers in the relegation fight and prolongs false hope in maryhill as they march towards their inevitable disappointment.

Aye can't believe I'm saying this but mon the Partick. Cunts.

Who would you rather wins tonight, plucky wee Partick or Dougie Imrie's big-spending Raith? Given our respective league positions, my head says plucky wee Partick, but I'm having difficulty reconciling that with my deep dislike of them. Tough one.

Going to be the same dilemma on Friday as well. Can't believe I've got to back them twice in a week.
